太不好找的酒店

Lovely retreat hotel in the wild. It's great how they have brought the jungle into the hotel and rooms with still having great service. Manoj was a fantastic waiter in the restaurant and the pool area. The food was buffet and of good standard. The rooms are tidy and clean and quiet. Pool is clean and of high standard . The wildlife is a extra plus.

Good food, friendly workers, very good service, clean beds. They waited for us when we were late for breakfast and made good accomodations for us. Very easy to call on staff and get help. Overall a place i would visit again with family. Bonus for being close to tourist destinations

The hotel is located at the heart of the cultural triangle near to  Sigyria .Approx 4 hours drive from Colombo airport Quiet rural location. The large size of the property is not reflected in the modest reception Set in landscaped gardens where there is a large pool Several accommodation blocks are located in lush green gardens Rooms are on 2 levels. These are quite separate from the reception, bar and restaurant. My room was on the first floor. Comfortable enough with all the usual amenities - tv/WiFi, fridge A/C and tea and coffee making.  Nothing exceptional I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both buffet style. I am not a fan of buffet dinner. On this occasion the restaurant was full with guests. Oddly, salads were made/mixed individually for diners by a single chef - meaning long waits for service. As usual plenty of other choices but I would question the quality of some of the ingredients. Buffet breakfast was better although coffee was undrinkable dishwater Overview - situated within the popular cultural triangle the hotel is one of the better properties in the area. Prices and standards vary vastly locally with many cheaper alternatives. Only a few others offer competing standards and come with a high price. Although this was not the highest priced accommodation I could have booked I still considered the cost to be on the high side

This hotel is best suited (and geared up) to large tour groups rather than independent travelers such as ourselves. All meals were buffet style and, when you could get past the heaving crowd, cold. Some staff members gave the impression that they were "over it" and we had some particularly poor experiences with the head waiter. (He even resorted to placing a 'reserved' sign on our preferred table despite no-one ever actually sitting at it!) So strange... The rooms were large, but bare and tatty, with hardly any windows. (Probably fortunate as our windows had broken blinds that did little to block the light.) Far and away the worst accommodation of our really wonderful trip to Sri Lanka.

Amazing place to stay! Ira situated in the middle of nature but close to amenities. Beautiful scenery, the pool is lovely and quiet, and the food is fantastic with lots of choices to suit everyone’s needs. Amazing place to relax, wish I had gotten longer here!
