This place was really outdated. All their stuff was rusty. Lamp, toilet holder, kitchen, etc. water stains on the couch and carpet. Found a cockroach and gnats. Didn’t use the bathtub because it looked disgusting. You turn on the faucet and the sink shakes. Rust on the mirror cabinets I couldn’t even open it. Should I even go on?

Definitely would be back. Cannot beat the price for what you get. One thing I would say, and I would pay a bit extra per room, is to update the rooms a bit. They are a bit old fashioned.

The hotel grounds during spring break was not crowded at all and we loved it. Hotel room was very simple but perfect for what I needed. The hotel pools and beach were very clean. I would definitely come back to enjoy ourselves again.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of renovations. The AC doesn’t work properly and leaks from the ceiling on to the tiles which is super dangerous as you slip and fall, the blow dryer caught on fire and we had to throw (!) it outside, there were plumbing noises coming from the bathtub in the middle of the night waking up my baby. Pool and cleaning staff as well as security were very friendly, but the front desk staff - not helpful at all. The rooms look way worse than the pictures and you only get one teeny tiny towel each that’s so thin, it hurts to sit on the dirty old lounge chairs by the pool - most of them are broken by the way. We asked for an extra towel for our 7 months old baby and they said NO !!!! ??? Pool was super dirty the first day, the beach area is not great and the most beautiful beaches in PR are not here ! There’s simply not much to do here. San Juan is super far because of traffic, so just simply DO NOT COME HERE. This place was nothing but a disappointment and a safety hazard as my older mother almost caught on fire due to the super old and outdated hair dryer and my dad slipped due to the leaking AC.

Great room and safe location. Perfect for families wanting a pool and beach on the property. Good customer service from hotel staff.

The property has access to the Embassy Suites facilities (pool jacuzzi, beach). The parking is near the building. Also, the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.

TERRIBLE! The room we stayed in was filthy, with stained walls and dirty . It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival. The room was not habitable. Mold, cockroaches, simply the worst. We couldn’t sleep with the bad smell. AC is kept on hi to hide the moldy smell. Super cold and when we ask for more blankets, front desk told us they didn’t have any. We ask to sleep with manager and we were given a card with the managers name as he was not available. I have pictures to share for whoever is interested. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
