스파 시설이 있는 그지라 호텔

몰타의 호텔 지역은 도시와 가까우며 해변과 매우 가깝기 때문에 너무 크지 않습니다. Valetta의 구시 가지 맞은 편에 창을 여는 것이 좋습니다. 주변에서 물건을 사는 것이 더 편리하고 역과 매우 가까우며 호텔 뒤에는 오래된 작은 거리가 많이 있습니다. 시설과 5 성급 수준에 대한 특별한 요구 사항이없는 경우 여전히 권장됩니다. 또한 서비스 직원은 매우 환영하며 3 박 동안 갱신했습니다.

Numerosi aspetti positivi: la struttura è nuova, le camere ben arredate in stile moderno, il bagno delle giuste dimensioni con doccia spaziosa, letto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile, SPA e palestra, piscina all'undicesimo piano. Ottima per un soggiorno di più notti in quanto è disponibile una cucina super attrezzata. La mia suite era un bilocale comodissimo, con locale cucina/soggiorno ampio. Niente da lamentare se non la mancanza di uno stendino, necessario per i soggiorni più lunghi. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, accettabile. La zona non è bellissima ma è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni dell'isola. Visto che la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo si potrebbe far trovare in stanza qualche bustina di tè per esempio (la cucina dispone di bollitore)

Our stay at Bayview went relatively well overall. During our arrival we noticed that despite 3 people being at the front desk, only 1 person was dealing with room check ins/issues, which created an incredibly long wait! The room was moderately clean however has a lot of room for improvement as you could visibly see dirt on skirting boards, floors and ceilings. The TV also didn't work well & the patio door didn't haven't a lock! We also encountered major issues with our airport transfer on the morning of our departure - causing us to be 40 minutes later than intended to the airport. However Abdul (who worked the night shift) was prompt in helping us and made immediate contact with the taxi. Definitely appreciate the support he provided despite being the only employee at the desk while simultaneously dealing with other guests issues too! He should definitely receive recognition for his customer service as he was the only member of staff who we felt was approachable. Overall, we'd recommend this hotel, it just needs a bit more upkeep and potential refurbishment in certain areas (eg lifts, indoor pool etc).
