Very rude behavior by staff specially Mr bheekam. Not recommended to come at any occasion. Go to some other place which know the meaning of hospitality. Even for order very deplayed due to this person only. Please don't come here. Pathetic place

Terrible experience at mozaic. Waiter Bheekam was rude, dismissive, and impatient. Constantly ignored our requests and seemed annoyed by our presence. Food was mediocre at best, but the appalling service ruined any chance of enjoying the meal. Avoid at all costs.

Very comfortable and value for money. Our meeting place location very good. We have very comfortable stay. Breakfast is also good

Only good thing was food. Rest a full disaster. Linen and quilt covers were stained and stinking which took around 2 hrs to get changed. At night geyser not working and no-one to hear you. Person sitting at reception (mr. A k chaudhary) extremely rude has no sense how to talk to guest. Long story short poor management, rude staff and horrible experience.

The stay was comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. And the breakfast included was tasty and enough variety was available.

The rooms were very aesthetic and cozy, the staff were cooperative and the food was amazing. The only issue i had during my two day stay was that the water was cold and was not hot for bathing, otherwise i had an amazing experience

After reaching the hotel we headed to the reception where the receptionist wasn’t very enthusiastic about our booking and handed us the key directly with no assistance at first. Also since our room included meals so we asked them where the dinner was and so we had our dinner when on the second evening they rang us up and said you are supposed to pay the entire amount of dinner from last night because it was your mistake that you didn’t tell us prior to dinner that it was included in room charges. We obviously refused and the person on call continuously told that it was only our mistake and not their responsibility to tell us or at least write down the so called rules somewhere. Being in a business such as this where one is supposed to do anything in order to please the customer these people were trying to threaten us to make money because we’re outsiders. Services were pathetic too. No matter how many times you tell them your preference in coffee or anything they’ll ultimately bring what want to bring.

We stay for only one night 12. 12. 23 to 13. 12 23 every thing was satisfactory in short i can say it was worth.

Overall, a pretty good experience Nice n clean room but could have been spacious Breakfast - Tasty and good Veg options but there were quite few repetitions over 3 days Hotel has a restaurant on 4th floor and a separate roof-top Location is good (Few eateries around and salons, sweet marts, shops etc.) Conveniently located Tea/Coffee maker TV with Airtel connection, too many channels did not work Issue was with bathroom 1) SLIPPERY tiles. Be very very careful. 2) Our bathroom had poorly done flooring - water did not flow away. 3) Water from shower flowed out and accumulated.
