클라크스 인 스위트 괄리오르(Clarks Inn Suite Gwalior)

Hotel location was very good located in city centre near to Dindayal Mall, Room was nice and well maintained, staff was also good specially front dest Suman was very helpful, good food, standard room was quite small but comfortable for 2 guest it was very nice stay over all.

I had never stayed in any Clarks Inn property before and had booked it as the location was fairly convenient for me. I wasn't sure what should I expect in terms of service quality or amenities. But, I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel turned out to be great and the staff even better. Vishal at the front desk gave me a free upgrade on room as he saw that I was traveling with family and keeping our comfort in mind, he gave us a bigger and better room. I would like to thank Visual for his understanding of the needs of a family and being empathetic. My family liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the courtesy and politeness of the staff. My family also enjoyed the food a lot. We chose to go for A la carte for dinner and Vikram (one of the servers) took our order diligently and ensured that the food was prepared exactly per our instructions. The food tasted a lot better than our expectations and we all enjoyed the food thoroughly. Shivam and Shubham also ensured that we enjoy our food there and both of them were very polite and courteous. Vikram helped us a lot during the morning breakfast as well and once again got everything prepared as we requested.

I had a dinner in restaurant with my friends & dinner was too good with warmth welcome by Rajeev, Dharmendra, Shailendra, It's one of the nearby places to my home to have delicious food, Mocktails prepared by them is top notchable with refreshment hints,Ambience is good,Overall a great experience,They have a special pool offer to beat the heat in this summer must go with that.

Nice ambience and nice hospitality. Akash has been good in arranging what was required. Nice drinks served. Only exception was Bira is missing . Rest was good. Hotel quality was exceptional. Hotel is very close to fort so a good view from hotel and also pool.

The entire staff at the dining hall is exceptional, displaying great professionalism and behavior. I would like to give a special mention to Sneha, who is not only well-mannered and cultured but also takes care of all guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.

I visited Clarks Inn and the food and ambience was good .... The staff members are polite and gentle. We had buffet and the variety of food in buffet was sufficient and the taste was great. It a great place which serves liquor and food and you can visit with your friends and family to enjoy and have a good time here.

The stay was very pleasant…room service and house keeping us amazing and the staff is very polite and cordial.9 Due to our extended and irregular working hours..we never faced a challenge from ditel in terms of food , pick-up drop or housekeeping. I really appreciate the good work by hotel staff.

It is an amazing hotel . Rooms are spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and co operative Staff members dharmendra ji sneha vikaram subhashish at dinning hall were too good at the service, whatever we want they provide it with full of options n zest..
