Mamta from the front office genuinely cared about my experience, tirelessly trying to address my concerns with patience and empathy. Meanwhile, Sneha at the restaurant was an absolute gem. Every morning, she prepared hot water with lime and honey for my sore throat, ensuring it was perfect, and her warmth elevated every meal in the fantastic restaurant. Despite the hotel’s shortcomings, Mamta and Sneha’s exceptional service and dedication stood out, making my stay bearable. They deserve all the praise for their efforts!
