Proper city location at Fancy Bazaar, a shopping hub in Guwahati. Avoid stay on sundays as its closed. The hotel is well decorated with beautiful conference halls & mughal theme restra serving great food & great ambience. The electricity fluctuations is a problem here & intercom lines get disconnected in the peak early morning hours. When we were leaving at 5.30am, no houskeeping staffs were there for exit formalities. It felt very unsafe & weird in such a luxury hotel. Overall the room was gloomy with less lighting & bathrooms were not clean & unhygenic. Was not worth the stay here.

Horrible hotel, third class service, food quality pathetic, buffet was cold and bland, service at the restaurant was very third class. In complaining to the guy Muizr Rah*** he just ignored and never responded. Is the type of third class fnb staff you have. Will never check in .

The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.

One of the finest hotel to stay with family. Hospitality was awesome and rooms are very comfortable. Food was too good. Over all experience is best place to stay if u visit guwahati This place is good for the marketing

Rooms are standerd as per rates. Facilities value for money. Room services are good and also the dinner was awesome. As a haritage hotel in guwahati, this property carry their haritage till date. Overall everything is awesome about the hotel👍

The food quality was awesome and the ambience and behaviour of the staff is very good. Nice hotel to spend quality time with family. Room quality was good and clean linen. Front office staff was very cooperative specially miss bijuli.

We had a very memorable stay there. The hotel is awesome in it's quality, hospitality and the overall experience which it provides. A special mention to Mr. Rajesh, who helped us very much during our stay there. We will definitely select this hotel again for our next trip to Guwahati.

Horrible experience,Where a arrogant front office ***ager told that they have corporate tie ups and showing least bother Ness for individual guest. You won't get any positive reply for any of the request.
