Dikhsita and Samikhya were excellent in serving food. The remaining staff at restaurant were also very prompt and showed good professionalism . The rooms was clean and balcony was pool facing.

I stayed for two nights in club room with family. This hotel touts as a five star hotel, the reality is otherwise. Rooms are pretty basic. Maintenance and hygiene are big issues. Bathroom was foul smelling in room we were allotted. After complaining, they just sprayed room freshner and said it will be ok now but it wasn’t. Furthermore, a live giant spider came from under the bed terrifying the kids. We changed into another room but bathroom issue was also there. Balcony and furnitures were dirty and looked neglected. We went to indoor game room. It had open wires, everything looked dusty and it was like no one goes there. Swimming pool was not clean and the water corridor around the pool and elsewhere had dirty smelly water. It’s like they made a hotel but forgot to maintain it. The food we ordered in room was below average but the breakfast spread was good. Hospitality was also an issue. After all the issues with bathroom and spider, they treated that like a non-issue. The stay at this hotel is not worth the money. I will not recommend this hotel to families and for those who want to experience 5 star services.

Loved the location of the hotel which is about 6 mins away from the airport. The staff were nice to change our room upon our requests in minutes. Room well maintained with proper toiletries. Staff were welcoming. Overall loved our stay. Special mention to Kabir. Sidhar, Esha and Kamindhar Keep going team!

One of the best place to be in guwahati,the staff are very courteous and professional, the way they give service from heart from room service to the meals in buffett, everything feels like home when your are at Kiranshree Guwahati. Thank you Mr Sanjev for your kindness and services.

It is an amazing hotel, the staff is so helpful and prompt. We were served by khonirudh, he was an amazing and friendly person. Food was amazing... The variety of food for vegetarians is amazing I am pure jain with and extensive food list on my not to eat, but then too I was very happily satisfied. Thank you
