One of the best hotels I have ever experienced! We came with 5 couples and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time, and we did! Breakfast was amazing everyday. Anything you needed was a text away, they helped us arrange all our reservations, car, taxis, etc. The attention to detail was amazing. You can’t beat the location either, central to everything. We’re so happy we stayed here and hope to come back to stay again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

We travel a lot and this was probably the best service we have ever had at any hotel or resort. All the staff were super friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable and allowed us to be stress free and relaxed. They set up all our dinner and lunch reservations. We were Easily able to communicate with them if we needed something and things were doing asap. The breakfast was amazing every morning! Lunch and dinner items were also delicious. I wish I could get everyone’s name that was there during our stay but they all should get credit for being amazing and hard working! The hotel itself was very nice and chic. Very clean and cozy. Thank you Anais for welcoming us and setting everything up for us! This hotel was also recommended to us from a friend who visited st Barts a few months ago, and she was on point on how great her stay was as well! Thank you very much hotel tropical! We will be back again! Highly reccomend!

Had a lovely time here and couldn't recommend Tropical enough. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was lovely here. It was central to a little shopping street and the gym. We rented a car but didn't use it and the concierge service was amazing. Would definitely come back again. We stayed in a Garden Room and it was large and lovely. It's also conveniently located walking distance to Nikki Beach and La Guerite.

The hotel itself is lovely. Small but super well located just steps away from St Jeans beach. The thing I have to call out above all else however was the superior service and attentiveness from all staff members. My husband is elderly and they were amazingly accommodating. From the reception desk to concierge, valets and restaurant staff - all exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the Vegetal rooms on the main floor which was perfect for those with limited mobility (and it was an upgrade they provided us). The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Pickups and drop offs were seamless. Really can’t say enough good things about them.

Barbara, Camille, Anais, Yasmine, Mathieu, Dylan, David and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic - the whole team made my stay truly wonderful - thank you so much to all of them! Great people and great hotel - this hotel is a must to stay at when visiting St Barths! Lewis from London!

Amazing service and location. Literally across from Eden Roc and Nikki beach- you can walk down the hill to St Jean beach in 30 seconds. Staff members Anaïs, Barbara and Mathilde and others did a wonderful job booking and arranging every detail for us. We hit all the best restaurants at the best times because of them. It made the trip way better.
