The service levels at the resort are excellent. A very relaxed 2 days spent thanks to the awesome care provided by Anil and Sachin at the restaurants and the housekeeping boys Kartik , Dharmendra and others. And of course Srijoy, the Bar Manager and the boys at the Bar served us awesome drinks.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village and Resort! The property is beautifully maintained, and the serene environment was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our experience was exceptional. They were also very accommodating of our two Shih Tzus, providing pet-friendly amenities and making us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend Heritage Village and Resort for a memorable and enjoyable retreat!

Heritage Village Resorts & Spa in Manesar is celebrated for its majestic and culturally rich ambiance, with guests often lauding the live music and tranquil luxury of the environment. While travelers are pleased with the attentive and professional service, opinions on value are mixed due to inconsistent pricing. Mr kartik from house keeping department is very cooperative.

The heritage provides us the amazing hospitality here …the staff is very gud mr. Sarang, mr. Anil and ms. Upasna these people provides us everything in hand ……words are really less to say about the resort …The heritage …will visit here again for sure …Thank you for the great service

The property was a pleasant surprise. So near to bustling capital and yet so calm and serene. Full marks to the management and leadership for maintaining the serenity, greens, guest privacy and not to miss offering delicious culinary options. Must be mention about the well trained staff. During my visit Shreyoshi and the others in team turned out to be very polite and supportive.

Sarang from the restaurant was a great help throughout , food was amazing, specially The masala tea is just perfect for a tea person Hotel is nice and cozy its a family place with pets allowed in the property had so much fun will recommend to anyone reading this ❤️🙏

The property is located in a great location with easy access.The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The property offers stunning views and exceptional facilities including a pool, gaming area, and spa facilities. The food is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Ride on horse & chefs activities for kids were amazing. Welcome with 2 horses in front was also amazing experience and regional tunes on arrival was phenomenal. Khushi made my family very comfortable at Resort and my family enjoyed the stay. All staff was very courteous and friendly. Staff like Khushi is an asset for your lovely resort !! bad experience.. fool in the name of activity and in buffet food variety is too less .. as saturday activity is mention nothing is there for activity and in sunday moring no yoga section and price the charge on activity with room... making fool
