It was a blessing choosing this resort for the celebration of my parent's 25th Anniversary ♥️ We stayed here for 2 nights! It was an amazing experience for us Our rooms were spacious with a nice garden view! This resort also has some evening activities which includes fun games,live singing, Rajasthani folk dance followed by high tea! It was a great experience as it was that time of the day when all the guests were all together as a family! Also, I planned midnight surprise for my parents on 26th for which Surinder Ji helped us! A big Thankyou to Surinder ji for all the arrangements On 27th I planned for pool side decor and some other arrangements for which KHUSHI helped us! She is such a sweetheart! She make sure that all the arrangements will be done on time and was present there to welcome us for the ceremonies All went very well because of these 2 staff members KHUSHI AND SURINDER JI We are really happy with both of them and how they have done everything with so much respect ! Would love to visit them again! Highly recommended Thanks to the staff members to make it a success!

Shift occurs only when we guide & initiate engagement from the "inside-out" This evokes dynamic & harmonious spaces, which is a process in continuum. Meeting with Mr. Arjun Sharma was the affirmation. My personal recommendation: Dear Arjun Sharma, let's explore water initiatives. OM

They charged for baby food too. 2 boiled eggs costed us 400. There is no proper process for baby food. At times they charged us for bread too. I have not seen such a rude receptionist named Daman in my lifetime. I wonder how come they call themself 5 star. Food was pathetic we took half board and we end up eating plain rice and pickle.

Had an amazing short week at this resort, nothing to complain about. All staff are so kind was super helpful especially during meals extended to Mr. Anil and Mrs. Upasna. Sagar was also helpful. This place is really nice to relaxing, many activities, nice ambience, friendly to all ages and kids as well. Must recommended to have a stay here.

Afreen is too good in hospitality and sagar ji also very helpful and the hotel is very clean and good environment all the staff is very good ,neat and clean the environment is very hygiene and the activity what you have provided is good for children and adult like telescope view of moon and movies of the universe .

Had an amazing time at the property, amazing food amazing hospitality and amazing house keeping extended by Mr Surendra and Mr Avdesh. The property has a host of activities for kids as well. Thanks a lot team Hertigae for making our stay memorable.

It was a great stay with family at heritage resort. We really enjoyed our trip.... ambience was very nice also the food quality and service was awesome.......staff was very cooperative and polite... Special thanks to ms Sonia for taking care..and for her great service also ms roshni who gave us warm welcome.

We had a great experience while staying here. The food was delicious, and special thanks to Sonia and Anil for taking care of us. The only thing I didn’t like was that we were charged for archery and playing cricket, which should have been free. Also, during the hot summer, they should have more indoor games or activities. I also didn’t like that they have pedal boating and a swing in the same place, which doesn’t make sense. Overall, it was a good stay.
