It is the nicest hotel in Fier, but the service is terrible, in the restaurant and in the bar, the employees do not have the slightest customer service training, it is horrible to go to a nice physical place but the service is very It is very poor, I will never go back there, I do not recommend it, just because of the poor service.

The hotel was dingier and poorer quality than you would expect for the €80 charge - more than we paid for other, nicer places in Albania. The shower in our room did not work. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was undrinkable. I asked if they could make a fresh pot and was told I could go too ok the bar and buy a coffee if I wanted to. The hotel is central to the town but stay somewhere else if you can.

Esperienza poco gradevole, eravamo già stati nello stesso hotel 2 settimane fa per affari, tornati chiediamo la stessa modalità di camera per prezzo e caratteristiche, Premetto che siamo andati lì alle 22, mi viene risposto dalla receptionist che purtroppo non hanno disponibilità della stessa o simile e mi viene data come alternativa una stanza di 20€ in più. Su Booking però la stanza è rimasta libera fino alle 22. Ritengo veramente poco professionale da parte della struttura cercare di “estorcere” denaro ai propri clienti con questi giochetti. In generale con chiunque ma a maggior ragione con clienti che visitano le strutture periodicamente. La prossima volta mai più. Per persone che non guardano a queste cose, l’hotel è centrale e le camere sono pulite e soddisfacenti

Établissement moderne et pratique en plein centre . Parking de l'hôtel, complexe sympa avec bar restaurant..., La situation est parfaite, les alentours plutôt agréables. Le bar est très bien ( bons cocktails et jolie décoration) . Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, on nous a annoncé un horaire et au final, à notre arrivée 9:00 ,le buffet était vide et allait être débarrassé .
