We stayed at Sinabung Hills Resort and had a very relaxing time. The view of Mount Sinabung is stunning — peaceful and perfect for a nature escape. The resort surroundings are full of greenery and fresh air, which really adds to the calm atmosphere. The room was old but clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. We had no issues resting and enjoying the quiet. The garden is spacious, and the pool area has a lovely backdrop of the mountain. The service was really good — staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Overall, check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with natural beauty and good service, Sinabung Hills is worth considering. Just keep in mind it’s a bit dated, but still well maintained.

It was so lovely and amazing trip where I can have chance to come and stay at Sinabung Hills Berastagi Medan. Skip a night from the busy hustle Medan city is a good choice to be in quite fresh cold place and see the nature blend with the great hospitality products and services. Drove about 2 hours from Medan and recommended during weekdays instead of weekend and when you enter the Hotel area and go inside to the back side of Hotel then you can see how beautiful it is. Lobby is big enough with plenty of space, nice restaurant with amazing view. Feel like you forgot all your daily activities and feel the fresh air to breathe. Room is spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic and love to open the windows during stay. Pool so big and beautiful garden with lovely colorful flowers everywhere, big Christmas trees everywhere. Staffs oh so amazing, they are all friendly and always smile and serve you with sincere, you can feel it. Overall, my one night stay brought me good memories and feel wanna back soon with my family. Thank you to Mr. Pasaribu (General Manager) and all hia entire teams who gave me warm welcome and good memories during stay. La chambre (en très bon état) était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Le balcon donne sur le magnifique jardin avec piscines et vue sur les volcans. Les repas proposés sont bons ainsi que la petit déjeuner. Le personnel est agréable.

J’ai détesté le bruit dans la chambre. Aucune insonorisation vers l’extérieur. Le karaoké jusqu’à 23.00 et le bruit dans les couloirs et le bruit de la piscine le matin amène à une petite nuit de sommeil. Le wifi n’est pas excellent dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner reste trop indonésien. Le petit déjeuner continental serait le bienvenu.

Estuvimos alojados una noche. El hotel está bastante bien un poco de ruido por la noche de los vecinos, se les oía hablar por los pasillos y daban portazos ( no es culpa del hotel). La habitación grande, dos cómodas camas y vistas a la piscina. El baño bien. Para los niños se ve muy apetecible. Solo desayunamos y nos pareció un poco escaso Nos dió tiempo a ver el increíble mercado y volver en carro de caballos. Al día siguiente subimos al Sibayak. Una estupenda excursión con vistas fantásticas, y sería mucho mejor si todos recogieran sus basuras
