We have lots of chairs and beach equipment and toys to make your trip a memorable one! Parking is available at/near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Private and public beach access available. Four beaches close by, that ranges from walking distance of a few minutes to a couple minute drive in St Joe Beach or Mexico Beach. Cape San Blas is a 30 minute drive Other things to note This is a brand new development with new homes going up. As you enter the neighborhood could pass through construction of the homes further back in the development.
