Qualidade do serviço é fraca, exceto recepção e bar (funcionários que estão presentes no pequeno almoço facilmente esquecem-se do que o cliente solicita) As instalações necessitam de restauro (edifício, elevador, esperguiçadeiras, kitchinet, etc.). Não oferecem opções para pessoas com intolerância à lactose, mesmo tendo requisitado com antecedência, exceto leite. Estadia ficou muito aquém das expetativas. Necessitam melhorar muito.

The sea view senior suite had a fantastic sea view. Big room with two separate bedrooms and 2 sofa beds is great for families. Hotel really needs to have a Sunbed rule that if towels are left with no one using the beds there they are removed after 60-90 mins so other guests can use them and clear signs for that Restaurant manager and his team really accommodating to our autistic teen. Will be back again.

All I can say is do not eat here. On the first night the two teenage boys with me, my son and his friend both suffered food poisoning from undercooked beef at the hotel. I informed the Jet2 rep at the time and she advised to speak to the reception staff which I did. Only to be rudely informed by the lady on reception that it couldn't possibly have been from the hotel as no one else was unwell or complained. I informed her that we had not eaten anywhere else and it was also impossible for anyone else to be unwell as they would not have eaten the same piece of beef as it clearly had not reached temperature and was an individual piece cooked infront of us. No apology, no offer of assistance just rudeness and lack of empathy shrugging her shoulders. The morning after at breakfast we stood and waited for a table of 6 to be greated with 'you will have to find your own table, I haven't got time I've got to get the food out'. We proceeded to sit at a dirty table for 5 as that was all that was available. Had the staff realised that the issue was the length of time the omelette, eggs and pancakes were taking cook as the lady on that station couldn't do more than one thing at once they would have realised that this was holding up the flow making people cue for their food and also tables due to the slow turnaround. If you asked her for anything or in a quick manner as I did when we were in a hurry on our last day to catch the transfer bus she then intentionally goes slower. I don't think I have been to a hotel with such unhelpful staff or disgusting food. Please see attached photos of what was on offer on an evening. This was the only hot food available and we had 4 children. Who lived on rice and chips for the remaining time there due to them being afraid to eat anything else and there being nothing to their liking. This hotel is rated 4 star. I wouldn't even give it a 3. It cost us over £3000 to take our family away for them to eat rations for the week we were there which is disappointing to say the least. We were not the only people there to complain about the food or service I might add. I hope something is done and no other family is in the same position.

On upgrading my booking to a Standard Sea View room on arrival, the room designated was a ground floor Twin with an outlook of the back of the hotel where traffic passed and a tiny little view of the sea through some trees - not at all as the website brochure shows - I was told this was normal and as the sea could be seen it was a sea view - I asked for an alternative room with a 'sea view' as the room was not as advertised and was advised no other rooms were available - only to upgrade and pay £363.94 for a Juinor Suite with a sea view - the same view as advertised! The room was tired, walls in need of a paint, furniture had seen better days, I expected more for a four star upgrade. The Spa is tired, it is small and very hot and stuffy, the furniture is rickety and unstable - the cushions retaining all the wet from the previous user - really not a good spa feeling. The pool area whilst nice did not hold enough sun-loungers and this was non peak, plus they also were tired and some broken. The entertainment was below par and irriating with loud music blasting when a relaxing atmostphere is required. Being a family hotel too I expect children entertainment and some noise but not to the level it was and I felt quite insulting for the customer. I have stayed in much better for a lot less! The hotel was amazing so clean and nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding customer service, lots to do for the family and especially for children. The food was delicious and plenty of variety to choose from. For me and my family it was overall an exceptional experience and will defiantly be returning in not the too distance future.

We had a wonderful vacation. Great location for water activities. Friendly staff, particularly the entertainment staff, Lisandra and Dayana were fantastic! We had a car, which made it easy for us to explore the area and get to Albureira. Without a car, things would have been more challenging. The resort could use a little TLC, but it was more than comfortable.
