빌라 산탄더 - 디럭스 스테이(Hotel Villas Santander)

Instalaciones pequeñas y agradables para viaje corto, la habitación tiene varios aspectos que se deben mejorar, no afectan la estancia pero si la hacen más cómoda. Lo demás todo bien.

Es 4 pisos bajo la tierra , mayoría no hay ventana , y no hay secador en habitación, una chiquitita secador funciona mal .

To expensive for what you get, service is the most horrible anybody could get, worn out bedding sheets, towels and bring your own bar soap, no telephone service nor enough electrical outlets for your equipment, old worn out mattress you have to beg to get a towel so far the most horrible hotel experience in Guatemala. Don’t go there unless you’re in a desperate situation.

They didn't want to change my reservation date, I made a mistake on the arrival date and even though I told them right then and there, they preferred to apply their policies and steal my money, their phone line doesn't work, it's a farce, I'm really very disappointed, they ruined my trip.

Amazing stay and good service but I was disappointed with the stairs. I was allocated in the 4 floor full of stairs. No elevator

This is going to be my stay in Gaute city anytime I come. It is very central, I love the layout of the villas. There is a restaurant with lovely staff if you just want to stay in and above all it is nice and quiet. I definitely recommend here if you are overnighting or stay a few days in the city.😁

Im actually requesting a refund. Price give to me at time of reservation was not honered. They charged more because I used credit card. I made reservations with credit at that time nobody told me I would pay more if I used credit car. Second, room had no A/C. It was very hot and ill they had was a fan. Third, no soap in soap container. They had a used bar of soap (see pictures). Glass on window was cracked. Bad costumer service
