I want to add my comments, Trip.com has duty to inform if hotel have elevators facility or not. Because if client have big or heavy baggage, cannot pull heavy baggage on staircase and it’s also more difficult when hotel staff don’t help or don’t have staff to help you, client end up with health hazard. You being informed this hotel don’t have elevator and it was not shown when we booked hotel. I find trip.com at fault. Note and update.
