호텔 레알 데 카스티야 누오보

The hotel was terribly noisy during the night as it's close to a major road. The room was also completely different from what the pictures show. I booked a two queen beds room which is supposed to be 323 sqft with four chairs in the room. But actually the room was way smaller than the number they marked and there was only one chair with a very small table in the room. When we were trying to negotiate with the receptionist about the room, we were told that that was the only available room, as long as there are two beds, it's what I booked. Their attitude was very bad, we had an argument. And the receptionist does not speak English at all.

My parents stayed there and they loved it. They had a great time and were able to get around the city easily.

Terrible. Although I hate leaving bad reviews I could not in good conscience leave this one alone. The rooms are poorly renovated and not recently, very dirty (dirt marks on the wall) the wall shelves must have just been installed because the dust from the concrete was in two large piles on the floor. cobwebs everywhere. Black long curly hair( approx 8-10 hairs) were in our bed when we arrived) The last night we stayed we came home from supper to an ant investation, they were all over the walls outside our room and crawling under the door (2 inch gap at the bottom) they were all over the room so I went and asked for some raid. The desk person said "oh this is normal" I own a home in Mexico and yes ants are normal but sleeping with them is not normal.

It was great, excellent and warm service.  The hotel manager really made us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed. We were there at the beginning of September, they had just started serving breakfast which was great. In addition to that, the price was very reasonable for what we needed.

La ubicación es muy buena, para mala suerte dieron una habitación que estaba mal un colchón miles de escaleras que en la descripción del hotel no decía, si van con personas adultas pregunten por la habitación, le falta un buen mantenimiento visible al menos a la habitación que nos dieron.

Las primeras 2 noches fueron de poco dormir ya que la habitación daba a la calle y mucho ruido durante toda la noche, pedí nos cambiarán de habitación y accedieron muy amables y rápido, estuvimos mucho mejor, descansamos de los ruidos de la calle en general estuvimos agusto
