벨워트 호텔(Bellwort Hotel)

Loved the esthetic of it, and was very much looking forward to this hotel off pictures online. Hotel seemed to be built very minimalist. Location of this hotel is bad, only a 711 and oxxo near by. Nothing that’s worth walking around to see or enjoy. Rooms are very small, air conditioning ******. Noise from the hallway is loud, kept hearing someone’s phone alarm go off. The shower is small, although the water pressure was good. The bed wasn’t the greatest but not as hard. Personally wouldn’t book here again, definitely regret staying. At 256 for two nights could’ve and would’ve paid more for a better stay.

The Design is beautifull. The spaces very well decirated and curated. I love it.

The hotel is beautiful but felt cold with the bare concrete walls and hard floors. Amenities were basic, nothing special and I could have used a closet shelf or two. A luggage rack and another chair would have been nice. It could have just been the level of room I booked but I somehow don't think so. The hotel got the overall design right; they just seemed to miss the mark on the finer details. But the staff are lovely - Alan in particular was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops.

Modern and clean hotel with a trendy and convenient restaurant attached. Breakfast and dinner menus offered an affordable and decent selection of food and beverage.

We visit Guadalajara often and stay at this hotel whenever possible, we like it here. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and safe and it's walking distance to just about anywhere we like to go.

Great location, new, clean and nice. Terrible service... I wasl told breakfast starts at 7am and once I got there they told me is at 7:30am Cleaning lady showed up until 4pm knocking too loud in the middle of a conference call

The staff was great as always and the room was clean. I like staying here when I come to Guadalajara, the neighborhood is safe and clean and easy to walk to great restaurants and get around.

The hotel design was nice but unfortunately that's where it ended. The bedroom had nowhere to put clothes, so we had to keep them in our suitcases or dump them on a chair. There was one trash can in the entire room, that was in the toilet and was only emptied once out of our 5 days stay. The cleaning staff were terrible. One day they never cleaned the room saying they couldn't get into the room to clean it even tho we were gone all day from 8am to 11pm at night. The next day they just made the bed , never cleaned the toilet /bathroom - it was just terrible, and the entire room felt unclean. only 2 towels , no hand towels or wash cloths which were requested. Room service forgot utensils with the food, returned 30 mins later by whihc time the food was cold. The list goes on ...
