Ecolirios Hotel Boutique & Villas

이것은 나라에서 10일 이후 코스타리카에서의 우리 마지막 중지였습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 실망스러웠습니다. 비포장, 바위가 많은 도로를 따라 산을 오르는 30분의 여정은 험난했습니다. 웹사이트에는 SUV가 필요하다고 나와 있었지만 추가 경고는 제공되지 않았습니다. 우리 방은 아름다웠지만 헤어드라이어를 연결했는데 퓨즈가 끊어졌습니다. 문제를 해결하기 위해 직원과 너무 많은 문자 메시지가 필요했습니다. 나는 본질적으로 어깨를 으쓱하고 현장에 전기 기술자가 없기 때문에 우리 방에 촛불을 놓을 것이라고 말했습니다. 내가 호스텔에 있었다면 그걸로 굴렸을 것입니다. 그러나 "부티크 호텔"이 이와 같은 표준 운영 절차를 갖고 있지 않다는 것은 터무니없는 일입니다. 2시간여 후에 차단기가 확인되어 문제가 해결되었습니다. 방에 가전제품을 사용해서는 안 된다는 표시가 있었다면 이 문제가 완화되었을 것입니다. 게다가 다음날 샤워실에 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않았습니다(수도꼭지를 10분 이상 틀었음에도 불구하고). 또한 저는 아로마테라피 마사지를 요청했는데 제가 받은 마사지는 훌륭했지만 아로마테라피 오일은 전혀 사용하지 않았습니다. 마지막으로, 저녁 식사는 유기농 농장을 자랑하는 호텔 치고는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 형편없었습니다. 나는 내 인생에서 행운을 누렸고 전 세계의 많은 아름다운 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 이것은 지금까지 가장 실망스러웠고, 최소한의 문제 해결 능력을 갖춘 부적절한 직원이 있는 리조트에서 글램핑을 하는 것과 비슷한 느낌이었습니다.

VILLA MORPHO. Our family of 5 stayed at Ecolirios in Villa Morpho for 3 nights in July of 2025. The villa is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath open style modern home with a small pool. The pool is heated but does not get as hot as a hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has a bbq, which we used every night. There is a tankless hot water heater system that allows for continuous hot water for an amazing shower experience outside listening and looking at the jungle mountains. ITEM: The house is 100% solar powered. One night the power went out but the system was recharged in the morning, despite it raining. The team at Ecolirios is amazing and they worked tirelessly to ensure we were well taken care of. Some details: 1. The road to the resort is very rocky. We had an all-wheel drive minivan that made it easily. Just be aware it will take longer than what your navigation app tells you. And, once you are here, you will not want to venture out until your departure. 2. The space is exceptional. They have built a beautiful resort in the mountains of Costa Rica. We walked down to the bar/restaurant two of the nights we were here. As we sat drinking delicious mojitos, a variety of birds flew by and near us. These included two types of hummingbirds and a variety of toucan called a Fiery-Billed Aracari. Paradise! 3. The breakfast that is included is delicious. The family tried many of the choices and they were all very good. 4. There is a pretty solid trail on the property. We were here in the rainy season so we had to stop due to the trail being flooded so we could not make it to the end but what we saw was beautiful. Overall, if you want a Costa Rican experience without all the tourists and in the middle of nowhere but with all of the amenities we love while vacationing, Ecolirios is your place. If you have time, stop at the Caribbean Rainforest Sloth. Jose is awesome and you will see sloths. Just be aware, Jose does not speak English.

I spent two nights with my wife. It has become one of my favorites places in Costa Rica; I´m a local! We stayed at Villa Kakala, it was magical!!! The location is super private and fantastic river / forest view. The Villa is very nicely designed as well as high end finishes. Very comfortable, quiet, secluded! Just perfect for our honey moon rendezvous! The couples massage, sauna, spa, horse tour to wowww river canyon, food and above all personalized and super friendly personnel made our trip on our best in Costa Rica. Unique place to stay. Lovely, attentive staff. The lodge is set in the jungle but accommodation is excellent. Could not fault it. The bird life is wonderful. Sergio, the Manager and Denis, the wildlife guide, were absolutely dedicated to making my stay happy. The food was freshly prepared and a good choice. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The most special unique boutique hotel, located in the amazing rainforest. The villas are absolutely stunning, with high-end finishes and perfect privacy. A true jungle oasis with chic, intimate accommodations. The property is surrounded by luxurious nature with birds and streams. An absolutel dream captivating sights and sounds of Costa Rica’s incredible rainforest. Breathtaking hiking trails throughout the property, from waterfalls to stream hikes with lots of wildlife in complete solitude. The team is always available and looking to make a memorable stay, offering a wide range of activities from horse riding, hiking night walks, bird watching, and much more. Enjoy the natural, cascade pools with massages in the middle of nature. Looking forward to returning.

This is a little Paradiese with its birds, flowers, and beautiful architecture. What makes it a true recommendation are the friendly people which do everything to make it a pleasant experience. Special kudos to Denis who showed us all the little and big treasures of nature.
