A dream cottage if you want to enjoy spectacular sunsets and serene ocean water views including Fisher's Island, Spicer's Marina, Groton Long Point shoreline, Mouse Island, and walk to Esker Point Beach (where there is a park with volleyball), short drive to Mystic. Charming and quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
This is a fantastic short term lease opportunity, for amazing direct waterfront access.
3 bedrooms (king, queen, full) and 2 full bathrooms. Composite deck in the backyard for entertaining. Sturdy hurricane windows. Furnished so all you have to do is move in and relax. Utilities included, Internet TVs (no cable), and high speed internet.
