From the moment we arrived by train…and walked the 400 feet from the train to this hotel, we knew we were in the right place at the right time. This hotel feels traditionally Swiss, with a spa, pool, and food offering that is decidedly modern. Perfectly located for awesome day trips to the surrounding areas. Our room was clean and spacious. The huge bath tube saved the day after many of the hikes we took from this location, central to the JungFrau region. Reservation and check-in was super easy. The front desk team couldn’t have been more professional, welcoming, and ready to help make our trip the best it could be. Special mention goes out to Andras….Front desk guy, and our favorite concierge of all time. Every morning, I would go to Andras and say, “Andras, today we’d like to go to (fill in the blank with a typical tourist trap)” He would say, “No you don’t. You’ll have a much better time (insert amazing, fun-filled, off-the-beaten-path adventure.)” It happened every day and we had a blast. He was able to read our energy, and give us perfect suggestions! Thank you Andras and Miriam (who also made us feel right at home) Breakfast was to die for. Although there were quite a few very large tourist groups, the hotel gave us independent hotel guests a more private and quiet space. We ate our evening meals that the hotel as well. It was never boring or repetitious. One night Raclette in the cozy bar area. Another night in the main dining area. Our favorite night was in Restaurant Schmitt, enjoying a chef’s course menu. Executive Chef Markus Handau, prepared an innovative and creative symphony of courses. Each one more exciting than the last. Our favorite servers, Gabriel and Julio made every meal enjoyable! They were friendly and authentic and told us stories of their own day-to-day lives in Switzerland, even though home was Brazil and Portugal. The Spa team were amazing as well. They kept the facilities neat and clean. And I had a terrific massage the day we arrived. It was also so nice to go to the Wednesday Night Summer Streetfair while staying here as well. We will definitely return to this Swiss classic!

Eiger Lodge Chic - 그린델발트: 나는 아이거 롯지가 그린델발트의 중심부가 아닌 그린델발트 그룬트 터미널에 있다는 것을 몰랐습니다. 그것을 언급하면서, 나는 방과 아이거 산을 향한 발코니와 호화로운 아침 식사가 있는 롯지에서의 7박이 내 실수에 대해 기뻤다고 말해야 합니다. 롯지는 우리가 티켓을 구입하고 케이블카를 타고 유럽의 정상 – 융프라우로 출발한 터미널 근처에 있으며 만리헨-벵엔 케이블카와 주요 그린델발트 터미널 기차역을 탔습니다. 그린델발트 그룬트와 주요 그린델발트 마을 사이를 운행하는 '셔틀 열차'도 있습니다. 또한 롯지(반대편)에서 몇 걸음 떨어져 있습니다. 주인과 직원은 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이 됩니다. 롯지는 호스텔과 호텔의 흥미로운 혼합입니다. 새로 오픈한 '시크' 코너에 있었습니다. 우리 발코니에서 그 놀라운 전망을 깨우는 것은 값을 매길 수 없었습니다. 세탁 시설은 손님 수에 비해 다소 제한되어 있습니다. 라인업은 명예 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다 - 선착순 / 선착순으로 사용할 수 있습니다. Eiger Lodge는 인근 캠프장도 운영합니다(도보 5분). 아침 식사는 내부 또는 외부에서 즐길 수 있습니다. 롯지에는 덮개가 있는 좌석과 덮개가 없는 좌석이 있는 야외 레스토랑(야간 개방)이 있습니다. 우리는 좋은 음식 / 제한된 메뉴 / 시원한 맥주를 여러 번 먹었습니다. 롯지는 모든 투숙객에게 무료 버스 패스를 제공합니다. 우리는 그린델발트 마을에 도착하기 위해 우리를 이용했습니다. 그래서 우리는 케이블카를 타고 그린델발트 퍼스트까지 갈 수 있었습니다. 그곳에서 우리도 바하알스프로 하이킹을 하고 만족한 스위스 소들을 만났습니다. 추천.

Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure pour 1 nuit et étions entre amis. Réception vieillotte, accueil sans plus. Etat général de l'hôtel très vieux!! mériterez un peu coup de rénovation. Lors de la réservation nous n'avons pas été informé qu'il fallait réserver le souper à l'hôtel (raison fermeture des restaurants pandémie). Alors lors de l'arrivée plus de possibilité de dîner le soir au restaurant. Nous avons du commander des pizzas et manger dans la chambre. Gros manque d'information, nous avons payé CHF 10 pour une place de parking qui n'était même pas à l'hôtel mais situé devant une entreprise. Nous avions une magnifique vue sur l'Eiger depuis la chambre. Les chambres sont vraiment très simple, nous avons payé environ CHF 190 par chambre, vraiment trop cher pour la qualité TRES standard et TRES simple. Gros manque d'insonorisation entre la Chambre et les bruits du couloirs. Pas de prise à la salle de bain. Traces d'usures sur les portes, stores cassés. Petit-déjeuner en supplément CHF 15 par personne = servis en chambre (cause de pandémie) pas la possibilité de choisir, croissant acheté en supermarché et chauffés au four. Café en poudre. Rien d'extraordinaire. Nous étions vraiment déçu.... Pour un hôtel Suisse et à ce prix, nous attendions un minimum de qualité.

This is probably one of the 3 best hotels we have stayed in our recent Europe trip, the 2nd hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. We stayed here for 2 nights. To begin with, there are 2 hotels under this group and they are located on the opposite of the road, one is Jungfrau Hotel and the other Jungfrau Lodge. The former, I believe is the main but older with vintage designed, kind of cottages whereas the one we were staying were more modern, like an apartment building. However, the main reception is at the former (including the restaurant where breakfast is served). On our side, no facilities and entering is by access card and there's a lift (but the other one had no lift). Our room (314) is compact but cosy with a balcony. It's clean too. Outside the balcony, we were exposed to mother's nature! The top snow mountains, greenery with cottage houses and villages were right in front of us! It's amazing and scenic! There are chairs and table here and imagine you can enjoy your wine with snacks while enjoying the beautiful scenery! The beds were comfortable and there's a bathtub in the toilet. The only thing was that the water was not hot enough. There's no aircon or kettle, but you can get the hot water from the reception, located at the main hotel opposite the road. The breakfast was decent and quite good and besides those food items on display, you can also order additional items like special latte or cappuccino, scrambled eggs with sausages etc. They were yummy and staff was friendly and polite. The room service was well done and things used were replenished and arranged neatly. It's a wonderful and great stay here and trust me, with the scenery, it's all worth it!

Our New Year’s Vacation stay at Hotel Belvedere was exceptional. The staff and Hauser’s were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were great as well as the faculties in the hotel. The kids enjoyed so much as there were always something to do. The playroom and pool area was their favorite.

호텔은 비교적 새롭고 시설은 기본적입니다. 방에는 목욕과 샴푸용 바디워시 한 병 외에는 아무것도 없고 옷걸이, 주전자, 컵도 없고 냉장고도 없어 매우 불편합니다. 예약할 때 사진에는 발코니가 있었는데, 실제로 체크인을 해보니 발코니가 없었어요. 제가 예약한 객실 유형은 이런 유형이 아니라고 하더군요. 아침 식사는 매우 간단하며 계란빵, 베이컨 샐러드, 과일은 배만 나옵니다. 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 좋은 위치입니다. 바로 옆에 그린델발트 터미널이 있어 케이블카와 기차 이용이 편리합니다. 기차역 내부에 슈퍼마켓도 있어 시내까지 갈 필요가 없습니다. 구입. 종류도 많고 가격도 슈퍼마켓보다 저렴한 초콜릿 린트 전문점도 있어요.

그린델발트역에서 도보 10분정도 거리이고 버스 배차간격은 길어서 시간 계산 잘 해서 움직여야 합니다. 조리가 가능해서 좋긴 했지만, 환기를 해도 없어지지 않는 객실에 밴 찌든 기름냄새 때문에 그다지 유쾌하지 않았어요. 2박에 1인 1수건은 좀 너무했다 싶고요. 하지만 이런 아쉬운 점들을 모두 수용할 만큼 발코니에서 바라보는 아이거 북벽 풍경이 매우 아름다웠습니다.
