The Pelham Hotel was a pleasant surprise! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff and the cozy, clean room. While the location isn't in the heart of a bustling city, it's perfect for a quiet getaway. The on-site pub was a great spot to unwind after a long day. It might not be a five-star luxury, but for a comfortable and affordable stay, the Pelham Hotel definitely hits the mark!

I stayed here for 4 nights while working in the area as it was close to work and a good price, I had a few concerns about arriving at the hotel due to previous reviews I had seen, I absolutely loved this place the room was clean and nice and warm, it had plenty of tea and coffee available. The check in was straight forward with a nice welcome from the staff they were very helpful when asked about about different places in the area to go for food. I visited the pub for a few drinks during my stay and found the locals and bar staff were very friendly and made me feel right at home, I will 100% be staying here again when I am back in the area. I was stuck in Immingham on a business trip so all of a sudden I needed a place to stay on a very short notice and very late at night. Available was the Pelham Hotel. I got there late, tired and hungry and in a bad mood. The hotel is not pretty, not fancy. It was loud like a bar with people drinking a room above all the noise… but what was missing in fancy pretty things I will sure say that the staff and certainly the owner made up for. So nice and friendly and helpful. Kitchen closed- don’t worry, I will make you a toast. Check out at 10 - my boat leaves at 19.. not a problem you just stay. Free internet was mot working, no problem you get out private one so you can work. So kind and so helpful. Full if love and happy local people.. it grew on me. I was touched! Great great people!!!

Warm staff. Very clean room. Very large telly. Big bed. Good sleep.. Big shower. Kettle and dressing table. And drawers and wardrobe for all your stuff. Private entrance at the side so you don't have go through the pub all the time. Close to tesco and home bargains and b and m. Subway.
