Sandals Dunns River All Inclusive Couples Only

We arrived at Sandals Dunn's River around 10:30 PM, following a four-hour flight delay. We were kindly directed to Club Sandals and were welcomed with a warm smile and a refreshing cocktail. Our accommodations were in the Travertine building, which offered a beautiful view of the beach. In the evenings, we were able to enjoy the entertainment from our balcony. The beach and grounds are beautiful. We did encounter an issue with one of the pocket doors, which we reported to Gina. Two maintenance technicians spent nearly two hours attempting to repair it without success, ultimately concluding that a carpenter's expertise would be necessary. Unfortunately, the door was not subsequently repaired. We had the opportunity to dine at all the restaurants. While the Greek restaurant was a disappointment, we thoroughly enjoyed the others. We would like to suggest the addition of a late-night snack venue beyond the Rum Club. All of the Sandals staff are truly wonderful! We would particularly like to commend Trudy Ann, Lucian, and Ronaldo at Hanami, Andre at the bar, Davani at the pool/beach, CaseyAnn, Natasha, Akeem, and Nicholas, to name a few. Keyron Powell, the Director of Guest Services, is truly remarkable. He is an invaluable asset to Sandals Dunn's River. His knowledge, kindness, and energetic approach, always delivered with a genuine smile and a dance, are deeply appreciated. He perfectly embodies the essence of exceptional customer service. This is one resort that we will return too!

Spent a week at Sandals during the time of Hurricane Melissa. I just want to mention that ALL the staff and management went out of their way to make us feel relaxed, welcomed, entertained, and well cared for. You could tell that they had very well laid out hurricane protocols. The management team of outgoing Deryk Meany and incoming Kevin Clarke kept us very informed with twice a day meetings. Staff all over the resort were super friendly and helpful from the restaurant staff, to bartenders, to front desk, to club office. Even after the hurricane, when some staff did not know what was happening with their own families; they still offered smiles and reassurance. The whole team also moved very quickly in assessing any damage and cleaning the resort. At no time did we feel uncomfortable or nervous. Going through something like a hurricane creates a bonding experience. With the small group of guests that was left; we felt a closeness in the fact we were all going through this experience together. We got to really know so many people on a more personal level. I would just like to say thank you to Deryk, Kevin, and the great staff at Sandals Dunns River. We will definitely be back to experience the resort soon.

I was part of a group for Danielle & Aubrey Wedding. My experience was top tier. I stayed at Dunns River during hurricane Melissa and the service and staff really showed up and Showed out especially dealing with this horrific experience. Special thanks to Trudy,Kevin,Derrick and the team for their wonderful hospitality. I will never forget them. Prayers to all the employees and their families ❤️❤️

We have been going to Sandals and Beaches for years. We paid to go to Dunn River for our anniversary December 2 to 7. Hurricane happened and the resort does not open till December 6. We wanted to get our money back because we have fixed dates. First, it was hellish. 3 hours on the phone, only to be told even though the resort would be closed, they would not refund and I would have to go use my travel insurance unless I wanted to reschedule! I am so very disappointed in this chain. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid Sandals. The supervisor was very unhelpful and quite condescending. We had planned to spend the first night at S hotel Montego Bay in Jamaica. We didn’t even have to call to cancel, you could do it online without any drama. Nobody blames them for the hurricane, but for the run around, lack of efficiency and the worst customer service team in the history of hospitality, I definitely will never be back!!!

With Kevin Clarke, Melissa and Kenny at the helm, you can't go wrong with this gorgeous resort. You begin your check in at Club Sandals with Stacey Ann & Shari who welcome you with smiles and a delicious drink. Our room (Travertine Beachfront Club Level) overlooked the spectacular water and resort. The beds and towels are so soft, and Nakita made sure our room was perfect every day! The playmakers (O'Manda, Rebecca Jane, Ray & Tianna) make sure you have a fun tine at the pool and with some of the fun extras (Candle making with K, Pottery, Sip N Paint & jewelry making) . We are scuba divers and the team (McKnight, Sheldon, Kenny, Javie, O'Shane, Brian & Brittany) are just fantastic. They make sure everyone is not only happy & safe, but point out all the beautiful underwater creatures! The restaurants are So Yummy, and no wonder with the head chef Juan in charge! The Italian restaurant Cascana is one of our favorites! Don't forget to say his to the manager Salvatore and ask for Clayton, the best server! The chicken Alfredo is divine! Natasha at Saltaire will help you have the best buffet breakfast and lunch! The sushi restaurant Hanami is also a favorite with the manager Eugen . Don't forget to sit at the bar and watch John make the most amazing dishes! L'Amande is the delicious french restaurant and Lauren makes sure everything is perfect! Make sure you get a delicious drink from Antoinette at the pool bar - she makes the best drinks! Don't forget to book your next Sandals trip at Loyalty with Tre'Sann, Jada, Jessie or John. Wednesdays are a great time to book and they have great discounts!

Sandals Dunn’s River was absolutely amazing. From the minute we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The people of Jamaica are some of the happiest and kindest you will ever meet, and we could all learn a thing or two from them. We stayed in the Travertine Building with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and ocean, and it was perfect. We could sit outside, watch the events below, and then enjoy peace and quiet after 10 p.m. It really was the best of both worlds. We did all the water sports, including water skiing, tubing, and snorkeling, and had the best time. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They always made sure our refrigerator was stocked with our favorites, and the Blue Mountain coffee was incredible. This place went above and beyond in every way. We loved every minute and cannot wait to come back.
