The room was very clean, breakfast was yummy, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Will def stay again.

Overall, the stay was good when my girlfriend and I needed a 2 day stay. The hotel clerk named “G” was excellent and his customer service was top shelf! My only concern was hearing the activity in the other rooms; especially people who cannot turn off their alarms. I would stay here again mostly for the fact it’s very close to the Greenville Airport and the room was comfortable.

This hotel allows pets, so you might hear dogs barking at night. We ended up having to change rooms after reporting the issue to the front desk. The staff is very friendly and professional and accommodated us very quickly when we mentioned the barking dogs.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable, and very friendly. What else could you ask for?

Worst visit ever..!!! My stay there was basically for hours i was there for in new year visiting family and for me and my family it was the worst hostel we been. Sign in late around 2 am but i booked my stay hours ahead. First the man at front was very disrespectful and very rude telling my reservation was cancelled without even checking. So i checked and it was paid for and in my end it was still reserved. So he was telling me my card didn't went through so i proceeded to ask him why in my bank account is paid for and why i didn’t receive any email saying it was cancelled. He couldn’t answer so he started checking and end up that my reservation was there and paid for but i guess he want to gave a hard time. The worst thing was the room he gave us a room with use towels bed undone food inside the mini refrigerator the room wasnt clean. And yes i did tell that men but he really didn’t cared he didn’t do anything to change us of room.At that point i was tired and it was a couple hours our stay.

Overall it was nice enough. There were few minor things but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. The minor things were: 1. At check-in (which was close to midnight) the front desk clerk wasn't friendly. I wouldn't say she was rude but certainly not welcoming. I just chalked it up to it being late. 2. The shower door wouldn't stay shut when I was showering. It was annoying so I ended up using a hand towel to block it from sliding open. 3. The sink water pressure was incredibly low. It came out at a trickle. 4. Carpet was stained pretty bad. 5. Also, there were a few hairs on the sink counter the day I arrived. Again, overall these are minor things. Not enough to keep me from coming back but enough to cause me not give a perfect rating.

This was a great experience. We came for a soccer tournament. We were so pleased by the open, clean and welcoming lobby that is tastefully decorated for the holidays. The rooms were very clean and more spacious than expected with a lot of great storage. The beds and linens were comfy. We had a coffee pot, small microwave, and a fridge with an attached freezer. The staff was super friendly and professional. The breakfast was good as well, with ample seating. All around a good stay and experience.

the food was very bad. Eggs were watery. the room and bath were very nice except the shower/tub did not have grab bars. (we are seniors but not disabled) may not stay again.
