Excellent room. As they did not have my booking of junior suit available, they upgraded to higher suit one hour after Checkin time which was nice gesture. But service remained an issue. Getting television working took 3 calls. Breakfast enquiry was not attended to. Room service bill had an extra item included which was corrected after pointing out. Breakfast was excellent. Hygiene standards were followed. Everyone was polite and assured the best attention . I guess a fully booked hotel with overbooking creates its own challenges. ***ager assured that it will be much better experience next time. I am sure of it as in the past I never faced such issues. Will try again in due course.
