Had lovely food in the past but today the Steak and Ale pie was full of grisly meat. Not nice at all, especially at the cost of £19.50. Pointed it out to one of the staff who took it away and offered to replace it but I didn't really fancy anything else after the grisly meat. When the bill came, the cost of the pie had been taken off - well I hadn't really eaten any - and there was a free coffee. Given the fact I hadn't been able to eat the pie and our lunch out had lost it's sheen, a free coffee for my husband was not much of a sorry. After some haggling, which was unacceptable given the circumstances , I had some of the cost of the wine taken off the bill. Not a good experience and such a shame . Evie and Sarah were great but seemed to have their hands tied when it came to giving some recognition for a spoiled lunch. Altogether very disappointing. Recommdation is don't have the Steak and Ale pie.

What a lovely place to stay. I liked the room and the location. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back here next year for my conference and invite others to share in the environment. I’m sure you would enjoy the experience too.

I had a wonderful experience at Timble Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This a wounderful location in a good place in the countryside. It has very great catering service with good choice of food and friendly welcoming staff. Very clean and excellent rooms and variety of rooms. This is a romantic break away from the hussle of life.

The room was clean and spacious with amazing pillows and a very comfy bed. The staff were amazing and the wifi was very fast. Amenities were decent. Also it is located in a very convenient place. I would most definitely stay here again it was amazing.
