Marina 350 m, sailing school 1 km, tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km. Sehr tolle Ausstattung,schön ruhig ,tolle Lage,eigene Garage,alles super.Leider hat es sehr sehr unangenehm gerochen.Es wurde mit irgendwelchen Chemikalien gesprüht,oder gewischt,dass es die ganze Woche nicht wegging.Ohne Lüften,offene Fenster nicht au
