It is walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, while Empire Mine state park with its miles of hiking/biking/riding trails is literally just across the street. (I personally have logged hundreds of miles on those trails! ) The great room/living room has the most comfy couch ever and the large Smart TV is perfect for movie nights or accessing your own favorite viewing platforms... great WiFi too! Guests also enjoy the private and inviting back patio area for sipping coffee, outdoor dining, and relaxing at the end of a busy day exploring.
