We had a lovely weekend at Mt. Plaisir. Thank you Hadco and your team for preserving such a special place in Trinidad. We have gone often to see the turtles but first time staying at the renovated Mt. Plaisir. The team, the food , the accommodation are all excellent. Even while on the beach we had staff providing kayaks, beach chairs , games for the kids etc. The turtle watching was also superb. Always nice to see and Trinidad is so fortunate to have such an abundance of Leather Back Turtles. There are 21 rooms and the cost is per head so with children we got 2 rooms at no additional cost. They also provide rooms that can sleep 5/6 if you prefer. Thanks to all the staff who served us our meals as they were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is very safe ; lots of parking ; towels provided etc. We swam in the pool and the river. Hadco has shown that we can provide a great level of service and a great product in Trinidad. Waiting for Hadco to go to Tobago to do the same as they have also done a wonderful job at Asa Wright.

It was a wonderful experience. All the staff were helpful and courteous. The meals were delicious. The surroundings were clean and modern. The children and adults had a fabulous time. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. I will definitely recommend a stay there.

This mini staycation was nothing short of amazing! The staff was the most helpful and accommodating (most appreciated as we had a super energetic and enthusiastic toddler), the facilities were extremely clean and well maintained, the meals were excellent with a complimentary all-day tea and coffee station, and safe to say, we will be back. It was the day before the opening of the turtle nesting season but we were pleasantly surprised by two turtles- one at 2am and another at 6am. Such great luck! The hotel’s commitment and dedication to being sustainable and eco-friendly was most noticeable. Overall, we were super pleased and will return later this year!

The staff and the food are amazing! So calming and peaceful. So many activities and things to see. They cater for every need and are very accommodating to your preferences. I felt so safe and pampered. Being right on the beach is fanatic. The pool was divine. Amenities were updated and environment well kept.

A truly incredible experience for our family, I strongly recommend it. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and professional, We will definitely be going again.
