The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best - very poor selection of food, ran out of juice glasses, breakfast sandwiches were dried out, no pastries. At check-in the front desk woman must have been having a very bad day. She was not friendly and was very rude. She never smiled, she never welcomed us, her responses to questions were short and even sarcastic at times. I was really quite shocked at her behavior. I asked two of the other families that were staying there with our group, and they said the same thing. Based on her behavior and the poor breakfast, I doubt we would stay here again.

Hotels seems very new. Very large rooms. Quiet and comfortable bed. Had egg options for breakfast. The coffee downstairs could use improvement. In-room was so much better. Will be back for sure.

Super disappointed that the hotel advertised Full kitchen. There isn’t a cook top of any kind. I had planned a few meals to cook while there and this was actually the main reason for us choosing this hotel. Microwave, fridge, & dishwasher. Is what the kitchen consisted of.

The room smells pretty bad and after switching to another room the shower was dirty a lot a tiny hair 😒

It was difficult to check in because the reservation was under a different name. It took an hour to get that straightened out. Then the room was very dirty. There was toothpaste all over the bathroom mirror and front of the vanity. There was grungy dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor and shower track. The shower leaked water on the bathroom floor. The bathroom pocket door was extremely difficult to move. There was stickiness and dried food on the kitchenette and table countertops. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and open shelves where the dishes are stored. There were fingerprints on the long wall mirror. There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom. We were told it was because a large group of students stayed there previous to us and they ran out of supplies so we would have to use the dish soap. There was no excuse for the dirtiness and lack of supplies- just poor planning and management. It was a 3 night stay and the manager said we could move to a different room the next day. By that time we had already wiped down the surfaces with our antibacterial wipes and had no confidence that another room would be any better.

We were disappointed that they '"ran out of soap" on our arrival, so our room did not have hand soap. We were also missingbody wash. They were out of towels at the pool first thing in the morning and the bathrooms in the lobby were out of paper towels. We always use the laundry bags for our dirty clothes and they also missed replenishing that in the room. A lot of misses, but the room was comfortable. The lobby and elevators had a lot stuff on the carpet - a quick vaccum wouldve spruced it right up and made it feel cleaner.

It was a really nice check-in. Had our puppy for his first travel. Check-in was nice and I loved the flyers. The room clean. However, there wasn’t any soap. There was no soap next to the sink or body wash in the shower. We shook some crumbs out of the bed as well. Fold out couch was a little rough, the mattress didn’t fit the frame. All in all, it was a one night stay and we’ll try it again in the future.

Whether for one or seven nights, the hotel fully delivers. Rooms are spacious and make clever use of the available space by giving you a pull away desk, a separator between sleeping and living area if one of you wants to stay up. Bathroom is well equipped with good water pressure. The hotel sits far away from the main road to be quiet, with ample parking available. Restaurants are within easy driving distance. Breakfast is varied and fresh (including hot options) and will set you up for the day. We only spent one night while driving through Grand Junction but would definitely consider spending longer.
