Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, we requested a ‘shuttle bus/car’ from b&b to restaurant & table which was facilitated. Staff were approachable & had great English. However there is no kettle in bedrooms I asked staff and was provided with one overnight, there is no coffee or tea making facilities around the property. The fridge is stocked with some items- overpriced- I would suggest pop into the supermarket as u pass before you come up the steep hill- there is a big supermarket at the bottom of the hill. We got water, minerals & snacks there, we usually pick up a few items every breakfast so we have them for snacks whenever we want. The major negatives with the property are and the reason for low ⭐️… the fridge was dirty, glass in bathroom was dirty, bedroom was dirty & dusty, no spare bed linen- room was cold, wardrobe didn’t close- lock broken, very dusty, room very dark, internet didn’t work in bedrooms only communal areas (lounge/public areas). We were only staying one night, so I didn’t raise any issues with staff, however if we were staying longer I would have brought it to staff attention

Struttura molto accogliente e personale gentile. La colazione è abbondante e lo staff molto sorridente e disponibile. La vista dalle stanze sul golfo di Napoli è meravigliosa. La piscina, seppur piccola permette di rilassarsi e godersi la vista.
