Small, cosy hotel. Rooms are very clean, wifi works perfectly. Breakfast is amazing: all what you can wish for is available. Nice and cosy bar with a very wide range of drinks. All of the above is fine and great but the most important thing is the kindness of the staff. Everybody is extremely nice and helpfull (even if they have to do the reception and the bar at the same time). Will defenitely come back when terhe's a exhibition in Munchen (only 10 min drive for the fairground). Large parking available as well. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner but there is a nice restaurant across the street

Truelly great place to stay ! Hotel is immaculate , free parking very very comfortable rooms , Staff are all wonderful and very welcoming and freindly. Excellent bar with some great whisky selections. No resturant but there is a very nice one just accross the road. Breakfast here was incredible the best Ive experienced in a long time , option to sit out on the patio if the weather permits. The spa looked amazing although I didnt really get time to use it , I will be adding this hotel to my favourites and hopefully one day I will return.

Do not pick this place with your family. It is 30 minutes away from everything, Uber isn’t very active. The minute I checked in, they didn’t get my children’s ages. My niece won a trip here, and I had never taken a trip outside of US. My father just passed, and I thought it would be a nice trip for my mom to come with us. My niece was checking in Sat, we got there Thursday and thought- mom could just stay with us until she gets here. We left 2 days earlier as it saved on airfare for 5 people, and we wanted to explore Germany. I slipped and fell out of the shower and broke my toe. Shower is a death trap. We got back from outing on Saturday waiting on my niece, and a man pounds on the door demanding a head count for the room. My daughter was in her underwear and laying down and he turns to my elderly mother and yells- Get out! Don’t smile, how many towels do you use? He wanted to have my elderly mother get her own room, charged us for it, insulted my family by mocking us to other guests. I cried and couldn’t sleep for 3 days and had to take anxiety medication to calm down. Especially after I just slipped out of the shower- no one would hear my mother if she fell. He was upset that I brought my mom a piece of bread and yogurt, when my son didn’t eat anything. after that, I felt unsafe, unwelcomed, and forced to pay another $1500 for my children and mother to share an existing room. That basically was double paying. Worst mistake EVER! I have never been treated so unkind. They just thought they would charge me whatever they want, treat us like s**t, and then expect me to be wake up refreshed and ready to experience Germany. Had I not paid for this hotel 3 times, (during booking, my niece’s prize, and added another $1500+) I was going to check out on Sunday and take my family to another hotel closer to UBER area. I absolutely HATE this place.

Sono stato all’Arcus Hotel una notte a Settembre 2024, prima dell’Oktoberfest, pernottando con la famiglia (moglie e due ragazzini) in due stanze superior al piano terra. Ho scelto questo albergo per le buone recensioni che si trovano in rete e per il fatto che si tratta di un 4 stelle, vicino all’autostrada e a conduzione famigliare; nel loro annuncio promettono che vi faranno sentire completamente a vostro agio . Non ero interessato alla SPA, ma al parcheggio e alla colazione che erano inclusi nei trecento euro pagati anticipatamente senza possibilita’ di rimborso. Sfortunatamente, le mie aspettative in merito al trattamento del cliente e alla pulizia delle stanze non sono state soddisfatte. Appena arrivati in stanza (che dalle foto mi aspettavo piu’ grandi) ho trovato due creme per il corpo invece di una crema e un sapone. Ho chiesto alla proprietaria di portarmi un sapone, dato che puo’ succedere una disattenzione. Ha risposto in pochi minuti alla mia richiesta, ma ha accusato la donna delle pulizie invece di assumersi la responsabilità come dovrebbe fare ogni manager. Non mi piaceva questo atteggiamento, ma era tardi e non ci ho fatto caso. Sfortunatamente, quando siamo andati a farci una doccia, abbiamo notato che il bagno non era così pulito come sembrava a prima vista.. Come si vede dalla foto allegata, il troppopieno del lavello era molto sporco e non si trattava della disattenzione di una o due giorni. Anche sotto il tappo c’era lo stesso problema. Probabilmente la proprietaria avrebbe accusato ancora la donna delle pulizie, quindi li’ per li’ ho lasciato perdere. La stanza, una superior, non aveva alcun sistema di condizionamento e ricambio d’aria meccanico; ci si doveva affidare a un ventilatore e l’apertura della finestra. Comunque, eravamo cosi’ stanchi dopo 7 ore di viaggio che non abbiamo notato altro e ci siamo addormentati subito. Il mattino seguente la colazione e’ stata un’ottima esperienza; tutto a buffet, dolci e salati in quantita’. Dato che ci aspettavano altre 7 ore per arrivare a destinazione, ho preparato 4 piccoli sandwich con 4 fette di prosciutto, 4 fette di formaggio dentro a 4 piccoli panini da portare con noi fuori dalla sala pranzo. Il costo di questi panini sarebbe sicuramente inferiore a 6 euro. In allegato la foto di uno di questi. Mezz'ora dopo la colazione, il signore alla reception, probabilmente il proprietario, ha detto che ci hanno visti prendere dei panini e che ci avrebbe fatto pagare il pranzo al sacco al momento del check out. Ringrazio questo signore per la caduta di stile e per avermi permesso di dare alla struttura il voto più basso possibile. Non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovarmi in un hotel a quattro stelle dove ho pagato 300 euro per due stanze sporche che mi avrebbero spiato e mi avrebbero chiesto di pagare quattro piccoli panini. Sono uscito stizzito da questa arroganza e ho girato i tacchi. Addio, mai più.

Der Aufenthalt im Arcus Hotel war einfach super. Die Reservierung wurde von Frau Wieser zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Dankeschön, dass wir am Sonntag wo die Wiesn in München war anreisen durften obwohl wir einen Coupon future Gutschein hatten und es eigentlich ausgeschlossen war. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Vorstellungen zu 100% übertroffen. Für uns wurde extra die Sauna angeschalten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Frau Kronbauer hat sich rührend um Ihre Frühstücksgäste gekümmert. In diesem Hotel hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Unser Kühlakku´s wurden in der Gefriertruhe für den nächsten Tag gekühlt. Unser Elektroauto wurde für 5€ zzgl. 5€ geladen. In diesem Hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen wieder.
