Hotel Golden Sun

My stay at Golden Sun Hotel in October, 2023 exceeded all my expectations, I've fallen in love with the hotel, its food and facilities provided. And you know, it's true what they say, paradise isn't just a place, it's a feeling. Thank you and we'll definitely come back again in spring, 2024

Yaptığımız en iyi tatillerden birisiydi kesinlikle konsept olsun hizmet olsun hersey harikaydı yemekler lezzetli yemekler dalar ferah deniz mükemmel havuzlar ogzotikti animasyon ekibine ekstra ilgisinden dolayı tekrardan teşekkür e**ek isterim tatilimizi çok eğlenceli geçirmemize etken oldular misafir memnuniyetine çok önem veren her sorunu çözen personeller sizi özel hissettiriyor çok memnun kaldık herşey çok güzeldi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Arkadaşlarımızla beraber yazın sonralarına doğru nereye gitsek diye düşünürken tam nokta atışı yaptık diyebilirim.. personel ilgisi odaların tertemiz oluşu ve belkide ilk defa standart otel yemeklerinden değilde evinizde yapmışcasına lezzetli yemekler yediğimiz, deniz kum mis gibi kemer havası hepsi bir arada harika zaman geçirdik. Konsept olarak genç yaş gurubuna hitap ettiği için ayrıca şanslıydık diğer türlüsü bir süre sonra monotonlaşıyor çünkü.. kitle genç olunca animasyon anlayışıda buna göre hazırlanmış, sürekli bildiğimiz sıradan basit kalitesiz hiç bir şey yoktu.. bu konuda ayrıca tebrik e**ek isterim.. bir dahaki sefere daha kalabalık geleceğiz.. herşey çok başarılı bu fikri kemer bölgesinde gerçekleştirdiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz başka yok çünki.. tekrardan görüşmek üzere.

Çift olarak geldiğimiz bu otelde aradığımız herşeyi bulduk diyebilirim, denizi tertemizdi 2 farklı havuzu ve evrensel modern müzik anlayışı kemer bölgesinde nadiren karşılaştığımız bir kalitede idi. Gün içinde modumuz değerli personel arkadaşlar sayesinde hiç düşmedi akşamda ayrı eğlendik. Otel size hem dibine kadar eğlenmeyi hemde yeri geldiğinde dinlenmek istediğiniz konforlu alanları çok güzel sağlıyor, yiyecek içeceklerden de memnun kaldık bu son gecemiz ve gercekten hiç gi**ek istemiyoruz. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz kemer beldibinde özellikle akşam karanlık çökünce altın gibi parlayan bu oteli elimden geldiği kadar tavsiye edeceğim herkese bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited!!!!! Dirty rooms, stuff very unfriendly. I visited this hotel with my 2 kids for 10 nights in August 2022. We were staying in a dirty room, with very aged furniture and bathroom! Our room was ‘’cleaned’’ once and only because I went to the reception to ask if I could get clean towels! We paid for all inclusive , but the stuff didn’t want to give us drinks until we finished our previous drink and we had to show them our empty glass, then we were given a drink! Rats were climbing above our heads by the bar!!!!! In the dinning room wasn’t enough tables for all the hotel guests, so we had to queue up to get a table or were sat at a dirty table. Food was served by the stuff who were grumpy and very very very unfriendly and rude! Very poor choice of food. Breakfast was the same every single morning. Sliced white baguette, ham, salami, quark, cheese, honey, jam, yoghurt, boiled egg. No brown bread, no toast, no fruit!!!!! Lunch and dinner choice also very poor! Also they like to make salads from left overs!!! Stuff were being very rude when we asked for more food. They made us feel very uncomfortable! I got told off when my 18 months old was eating in a high chair and made a mess. The beach was very dirty, very very small! Sun beds only for a few people. We were like sardines next to each other so we went only once! On the way to the beach you have to go pass a cemetery and a very dirty camp side. The toboggans by one of the pools were open twice a day, in the morning 11-12 and in the afternoon 4-5! Please avoid this hotel!!!!! It’s disgusting and very unfriendly! It needs to be shut down!

Review this hotel ? one word, hell. I am shocked and disgusted by this hotel and how staff stay unbothered and untouched after many complaints and comments. Imagine this. Getting back from a long hot, scorching day in beautiful the Turkish sun and mountains to get into the shower to find urine stains on the floor, not only was there mould and excessive amounts of dust covering the taps, handles and remotes. I felt as if this was a tester day for an American collage. Shoes in the shower and sleeping on a towel with only my joggers for warmth and comfort as the air conditioner blared into my face with unhealthy cold air as I tried to get a relaxing sleep although, this was unsuccessful as throughout the night there was continuous banging and moaning from the room next door….? after 5 awful sleeps i found that my knickers were infested in ants along with every item of clothing in the suitcase. I have discovered throughout this stay that in this hotel people enjoy sitting with a coke in a dirty glass whilst rats run above you. Although some might enjoy the excitement and thrill it gives you having dirty, fat grim rats run above you. I personally do not. Along with the dirty glasses , dirty plates, bowles, knifes, forks and spoons all joined along . The thought of me eating here made me feel sick to my stomach as I am used to clean plates and cutulery. I thought having clean eating untencils was the bare minimum for hotels ? This stay proved me wrong. The cleaning lady did not do a good job actually i think she did any job as being a cleaner you are ament to clean although this lady did not do that or anything remarkably close. If you like hairs on your pillows and bed sheets, ants in the toilets, a tv from the 1950s that doesn’t even work, poo marks on the curtains floors and corridors this is the place for you ! You may not believe this although luckily I built up the courage to take pictures of some of these problems. And the fact I have to look at these pictures for a second time makes me feel sick I would not advise anyone to go to this horrid hotel. The only positive it that when you are out of this hell hole you will be great full for everyday you are not there.

It was a very basic hotel, but we were the only English people there..... It was full of Eastern europeans that were not very pleasent and not clean.... Room was infested with ants.. Food was slop Shower didn't work Bed sheets durty All inclusive bar shut at 10. Rats running in the grape vines Corridor to room infested with dead flys and onsects Stairway to room was,just do dirty and depressing The beach was 800m away but had to walk past a cemetery and on the beach the hotel section of the beach was just awful.. . We all left ill Please do not visit for your own well being

I had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel! The room was clean and comfy, the stay was perfect. The staff treated me like family and it was hard to say goodbye.. definitely coming back to this amazing place!!! Made my turkey trip so memorable!

I have had the worst experience here for me and my family we have been treated so badly we landed at Antalya airport there was no transfer to pick us up it was 2 in the morning and we was told they would be there when we arrived we had to wAit two hours for the private transfer we booked which was not what we paid for! We arrived at the hotel it’s very dirty and very bad experience for us it’s horrible the people treated us very very bad from start to finish and it’s been the worst holiday for me and my family they kicked us out the fourth day we was here for complaining and then we had to beg on our knees to let them make us stay with our children in a different country attached are the pictures of the room and I am mortified with what on the beach sold us you said in the description there was a snack bar and a gym and entertainment for the kids and there is none of that there is nothing here for our children and this is not a child hotel at all Absolutely disgrace they hate the English also they bar staff was great but even they left when we went they got a new job, also one of the receptionists left also cause of the way they treated us and lied to cover there own back what a badly run hotel needs shutting down you have cats everywhere in resteraunt it’s disgusting you ask them to clean your room and they say it don’t need cleaning and lied to on the beach saying they tried to clean everyday they aren’t there to provide a friendly welcoming holiday there there only for the money and themselves and that’s it the manager is a disgrace the way she treats you also three English families left when I was there and one being on second day it was that bad this isn’t a joke for your own sake do not put mo eh to this hotel REVZA BAYER THE MANAGER IS BY FAR APPAULING AND A LIAR
