Our family of three, including our energetic toddler, just returned from a week at the Crystal Prestige Elite, and we are already planning our next visit! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way and provided the most relaxing, enjoyable holiday we've had in years. The highlight of our trip was the incredible attention to our son's needs. He has a dairy allergy, which can make dining abroad stressful. However, the fantastic chefs here went above and beyond, preparing special, tailor-made meals for him every single day. Seeing him enjoy delicious and safe food with a huge smile was the best part of our vacation. We are so incredibly grateful for their care and professionalism. The wonderful service extended throughout the resort. The waiters were always attentive, friendly, and absolutely brilliant with our little one. The entire hotel, from our spacious and modern room to the common areas, was kept spotlessly clean. For a family that loves the water, this place is a paradise. The beach is pristine with soft sand and crystal-clear water, and the sheer number of pools meant they never felt overcrowded. Our toddler had the time of his life splashing around! The kids' activities and clubs are also top-notch, offering a great variety of fun for children of all ages. From the beautiful grounds and the endless food and drink options to the genuinely welcoming staff, the Crystal Prestige Elite has perfected the family holiday experience. Henry good resort, everything that you need inside. Good food, a lot of activities for kids and adults, aquapark and sliders for adults and kids, extraordinary landscape of the backside mountain. Very nice personnel,I recommend!
