Benim em sevdiğim otel. Ben ve bütün ailem oraya gidiyor ama daha asla. Çok üzücü bir olay yaşadik- odamdan ,cüzdanımdan 600 usd çalındı. Ve en üzücü- otelin bunun ile ilgili birşey yapmamak. Sherwood değil sanki, sanki pansiyon. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum artık. En az 20 kişi artık bu otele gitmeyecek

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again. 훌륭한 해변가 위치의 아름다운 호텔. 부지는 깨끗하고 객실은 매일 높은 수준으로 청소됩니다. 우리는 우리 블록 바로 옆에 수영장이 있었고 정말 멋진 환경에있었습니다. 음식 품질은 매우 좋았지 만 뷔페 레스토랑은 믿을 수 없을만큼 바쁘고 매우 시끄러워서 편안한 식사 경험을 허용하지 않았습니다. 일품 레스토랑에서 예약하기는 정말 바쁜 것 같지만 우리가 갔을 때 식사를 하는 사람들이 많지 않아 이상했습니다. 영국인 관광객은 많지 않으며 직원들은 영어를 거의 하지 않으며 일부는 전혀 하지 않습니다. 직원들은 대부분이 불친절하고 도움이 되지 않았기 때문에 호텔을 실망시켰으며 일부 직원은 완전히 무례하고 무지했습니다. 그들은 우리를 전혀 환영하지 않았습니다.

We stayed at wonderful hotel Sherwood Exclusive Kemer in april 2024. We would like to say thank you olcay who works in the main restaurant and pranzo snack restaurant. He is so good at service he is good at his job. He is good at communication with guest. He was very positive and polite. We like everything good personnel. The drinks are good but not enough fish dishes. There should be more fish and hotter food. Very good personnel in the bars. Irem from guest relations is very sweet. The personnel goes forward to guest everytime.

To be fair the booking of this hotel came about 2 days before departure, Me an the wife’s criteria was mainly going where the good weather was going to be and this region came up as a steady average of 30 degrees in the forecasts online. It has been 5 years since my last visit to Turkey mainly because I’d been that many times before and also realised that the world’s a bigger place. Booked my holiday with jet 2 and after funds were transferred I received the e mail with document straight away. The hotel is about 1 hour transfer away from Antalya airport but is an interesting drive with lots to see meaning I was surprised how far Turkey has progressed into the modern world since my last visit. Upon checking in we were dealt with someone who let’s say went at his own pace then eventually escorted to our room, Unfortunately it wasn’t the size of room that we had booked and the air con did not work, so after some conversation with reception they moved us to a room that was requested(Unfortunately the shower wasn’t working properly and the air conditioning plus the safe was locked out. We decided to get some sleep and deal with situation the next day. The next day came and we started to deal with Ebrar who quickly reached a decision to move us to another equivalent room and even sent the golf buggy to make life easier and finally we were settled, it wasn’t the start we were looking for however from then on it turned a corner and we started to enjoy are holiday, Ebrar was fully aware of what was happening with the clientele in the hotel and very good at communicating and smoothing situations out. The facilities at the hotel are very good, the rooms are cleaned properly and the food and drink is 8 out of 10, this included branded drinks such as Efes, Jack Daniel’s, Gordon’s ect, that are served with care to you. My good lady loved been by the pool and been served drinks by a man on roller blades(each to there own). lol So the verdict is yes I would recommend this hotel, yes they are having teething issues but please understand they had only been open a week, what is very evident is that Sherwood is going places and raising standards all the time, you will see this if you look on there FB page and look at some of the older posts(some serious money has been spent for sure) I would like to thank all the staff for making it a great holiday and leave people reading this with one thought(imagine yourself running a hotel because I’m sure it’s not easy)

The nature is so good and everywhere is green. Entertaintment was amazing parties and music was fun. The staff was so careful and wonderful they always smile. We enjoyed everything. Specially food was incredible.the service is good. The room and hotel is really clean. It was our first time but i will be more than happy to come back
