Great stay in beautiful hotel The not so good A lot of what you read about the noise is spot on. We happened to be in a quiet area of the hotel so got away lightly compared to others in our group who were in amongst it. Them and other guests complained and it did quieten things down but the problem is the sound proofing as much as inconsiderate guests at 2-3am every night. We arrived very late and the night porter doesn’t provide the warmest welcome but this isn’t a reflection of all the other staff. The great Loved the interior design, wide variety of guests, drinks and food choices and quality - this is where we disagree on other reviews - it was all very very good. You must try the al a carte - they’re both very good. The restaurant app is clunky but not as awful as some describe We had a swim up room which is nice but the weather wasn’t great so a bit wasted - also the sun was only on the space in the afternoon so even with better weather would use the pools until after lunch. The staff we met (other than mentioned above) were all very pleasant and helpful Would come back for sure but not sure would pay some of the prices seen. We got a great deal and felt it was very good value for money.

Felt sorry for the over worked staff .The food was terrible everything arrived cold. Had bad tummy for a couple of days following a roast chicken meal.They couldn't even make a hot coffee. Certainly not 5 star more like 2 at best.

10/10 experience as a solo traveller, I was afraid of booking this alone but it was so worth it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they all spoke English fluently. The food was 8/10 variety of choices everyday. The spa treatment was my highlight, special shout out to the therapist ( Harileta) & Aria, both amazing! Would definitely be coming back here or potentially visit other cooks clubs around.

Amazing, I can not wait to go back! The food, drinks and views are all brilliant and the hospitality is out of this world! The only con I have is that the dinner service ends at 9.30pm and as the bar is open until 1am you’re bound to get hungry. There is a crepe restaurant near by however if you’re looking for food late at night, everything will be closed.

Review for the spa: Overall hotel stay was fantastic. I had booked a massage with Mariawthl for my back neck and scalp and it was amazing. We revived a really good price for me and my two friends to book as well. The massage was great and I felt so relaxed!

This hotel is the absolute top of the line. Treated like royalty from start to finish. I don’t write reviews but after seeing people say this is not 5 star. I had to write a review. Pool, food, staff, the ambience all Top notch. Private street leading to hotel.

Writing this before we get our transport back to the airport. Having spent four nights here, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and we have found all the staff to be polite when passing/serving. The room was lovely, we opted for a swim up room as a treat as this was our "minimoon". Granted, the water is very cold this time of year, once you're in you quickly adjust so didn't find it much of a problem. It really is nice to have the extra space and a sun lounger and also just seeing/hearing the water seems therapeutic. In terms of the food/drink- there is lots of variety on the menu and we found most of the food quite pleasant. Don't expect Michelin quality food- this hotel caters for alot of people and the food is a reflection on the cost of the holiday- which we thought was reasonable. The same applies to the drinks. Our only criticism of the food is a distinct lack of vegetables with anything and no seperate area of vegetables as they do with fresh fruit. I am looking forward to get vegetables when returning home! The pool area is really relaxed we found and the whole thing was genuinely chilled which we really needed after our wedding last week with such a stressful buildup. I would say some of the negativity we have seen in reviews and also of some of the guests here are not justified. It seems people expect everything to be the highest standard imaginable for what is realistically a modest budget for a holiday. If you want a truly 5* experience, go and book the Dominican Republic for thousands of pounds more. The 5* is reflective of what you get for what you pay. Would we come again- absolutely yes, however probably for 4 nights again.

If you're looking for a five-star luxury hotel, this isn't it. Here's my review, from the point of a middle-aged woman (if you're 18-30 you'll probably love it). Upon arrival, a friendly receptionist greeted us, reassuring that despite our late check-in, dining options were still available. After settling into our room—more on that shortly—we proceeded to the dining area, which resembled a large canteen. Surprisingly, we were instructed to sit and wait for our meal without a choice. We were eventually served cheese and ham wraps in dry pita bread accompanied by stale cake. As a vegetarian, it wasn't for me; after a lengthy wait, my wrap was reluctantly modified to include only lettuce. I gave up and went to bed hungry. Our first night was marred by noise from the busy road outside our bay-view room, with little respite from the sound of passing vehicles and the hotel car park. The request to change rooms was a long process, resulting in a "downgrade" exchanging traffic noise for the revelry of the younger guests with their bluetooth speakers blaring out their hit lists from their balconies. They're having fun, this isn't a problem, I just want to make you aware of the core demographics. The room design is so odd, I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned this. While aesthetically pleasing, the open-plan bathroom with its semi-transparent glass doors offered minimal privacy. The rooms also don't provide any sound proofing. We had a hen party in the room below, singing into the early hours every night, meaning, we have hardly slept. Again, they were having a great time, nothing on them, just know there's zero sound proofing. Regarding dining, the culinary experience was very poor. The ordering process was cumbersome, reliant on an app (there's no buffet like in normal all incs), and the wine selection was disappointingly basic (red, white or rose, all very cheap wines). I resorted to purchasing my own bottle from a shop 10 mins down the road. The specialty restaurants provided a glimpse of potential, yet access was limited to a single visit throughout our stay. While the pools were pleasant, the sun loungers prioritised style over comfort, leaving us with unwanted plastic basket effect imprints after prolonged use. The staff, albeit helpful, often seemed disengaged, with few exceptions among the more personable team members. In contrast, our previous stay last year at Grehotel (Eva Palace) was exemplary, showcasing a stark difference in guest experience. In summary, this hotel might appeal to a younger crowd (my teenage boys would love it), but for those of us seeking a blend of comfort and sophistication, it falls short. My recommendation would be to consider Grehotel for a more refined and enjoyable stay.

Just had a 7 night stay here for my partner’s 30th birthday and could not have dreamed of a better place to celebrate. The hotel is beautiful and extremely well kept, the staff are all fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Vassia and maraming salamat Phoebe (guest relations) who took care of us the entire time and even sorted out a surprise cake on the day of my partner’s birthday. You really made it feel extra special ❤️ A big thank you also to the spa team, Vicky, Maria, Mariletta and Hara, who were all so lovely. I’m obsessed with their in-house blended massage oil, it’s the most beautiful scent I have ever come across (and they use local products to make it ✅) All the housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff too - thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back 😊🫶
