We stay in BB hotels fairly often so know what to expect. This one however is very tired. The first night we stayed, we had 5 rooms booked for three families. The bathroom in our room stunk to high heaven. The skirting boards were detached from the wall. Our friends rooms were freezing cold. We returned a few days later and our different room had a broken bathroom door handle, leaky ceiling in the main bedroom and the hideaway draw had chew marks on. The staff were absolutely lovely and the second room was certainly clean but it really does need closing down and refurbishing completely pretty quickly.
