The cleanliness and customer service is second to none here, but I started to become unsettled when I realised the lack of life guards around the pools. Only 1 in the water park and none elsewhere!! Unfortunately, on our last day, we had to help pull a man out of the water and run round asking guests for a doctor. The staff handled this incident badly and didn’t know quite what to do!! There seemed to be a lack of medically trained staff and no one knew where the defribulator was at first. It took at least 10-15 mins before the correct medical equipment turned up!! Such a shame, as the hotel is lovely, but they really need to work on their health and safety
