Nice location calm and peaceful. clean room. Breakfast is excellent. Smooth checkin procedure. Nice hospitality. Complimentary water bottle and Hot water kettle with coffee I liked very much. Value for the money we spent. I highly recommend to fern residency for my friends and colleagues

We stayed at Fern Residency Karad for my birthday celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the warm welcome to being given a beautiful suite room, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Their poolside restaurant was the perfect place to celebrate – great food, amazing ambience, and excellent service. The property itself is really well-maintained, with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The staff made sure every detail of my celebration was taken care of, which made the day extra special. A wonderful experience overall – would definitely recommend Fern Residency Karad for both leisure stays and special occasions.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at various Fern properties across the country, including multiple visits to Fern Karad, and I’ve always appreciated the quality and consistency of your hospitality. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed a few changes that were quite unexpected. Basic toiletries such as a comb and body lotion were missing, and the usual Biotique-branded shower gel and shampoo had been replaced with what appeared to be a local or unbranded alternative. This was a noticeable deviation from the standards I’ve come to associate with Fern. Fern has built a strong reputation for offering reliable and premium experiences, and I hope this feedback helps in maintaining that image. I trust this matter will be looked into and addressed promptly. Looking forward to a better experience during my next stay.
