Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

We were looking for a hotel in Gorizia and this seemed to have the best reviews. The price was reasonable, certainly by U.K. standards. Parking was free; I hate paying for that. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. It isn’t a resort hotel, but neither is it intended to be. It’s used by aircrew from the nearby airport. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. All the fresh cappuccino you could want, at no charge. Great local prosciutto and cheeses, plus, of course, bacon and egg if that’s your preference. I’d use this place again.

Ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, il personale è attento e disponibile. La colazione internazionale offre un buon ventaglio di dolce e salato senza che manchi la frutta. Un po’ scomoda, forse, l’entrata nel posteggio interno che, però, rispetto a molte altre strutture, offre. Il parking gratuito. Elemento da non sottovalutare.

Con il gruppo ”Amici in gita” composto da 53 persone abbiamo soggiornato due giorni all'hotel Major di Ronchi dei Legionari situato in una ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni (Trieste, Miramare, Duino, Redipuglia, Palmanova, Aquileia, Grado). Siamo stati tutti molto soddisfatti, stanze luminose e spaziose, cucina curata e di qualità, personale cortese e disponibile (un particolare grazie al maitre Andrea). Grazie e speriamo alla prossima.

Per il secondo anno consecutivo io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, l’anno scorso l’abbiamo scelto per visitare il Friuli e quest’anno per la Slovenia e Croazia, tutto positivo, posizione strategica, ottima accoglienza, buona colazione e soprattutto parcheggio gratuito in fianco all’hotel. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
