Lobby area is undergoing renovation which starts at 9:00 when the breakfast service ends and runs until 7:00 in the evening. New carpets, tile, walllpaper, a lot of work. Noisy, dusty. Breakfast is set up temporarily in the meeting rooms. Decent food but no ambience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful since few people are staying here while the work is done. Rooms are OK with a nice seating area. Bedroom end of suite is small, A/C is noisy. Shower is OK, housekeeping staff does a good job.

My wife and I visited this property for our 2023 Christmas visit, with our son and daughter-in-law. We had a great time, and the property Staff were very warm, and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and well laid out, for our needs. Historically, we have stayed at the Residence Inn in Nexton, but got a deal to stay at the Fairfield. We both decided that while the kitchen is nice, we were happy to have what we needed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. We plan to stay there next year as well.

You can see Cockroaches everywhere , I stayed in room 323 you can literally see hair in the bed , not sure if they are cleaning there rooms 😟 breakfast was ok overvalued for the price of this hotel and it’s quality.

I really enjoyed myself their the whole entire time Sharon powe and Melvin was so nice 🙂 to me and my father they made sure we had everything we needed and we didn't have to worry about anything I recommend this motel to anyone to family and friends.

Very clean, nice rooms and Shannon at the front desk was very friendly and took great care of us. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. 5 stars for sure. Do I really need 200 characters to submit a good review

We stayed on the 3rd floor (#308) for one night, and everything was Just Fine and Very Spiffy, The breakfast spread was just right, too. EXCEPT: Lotsa noise coming thru the walls and the ceiling!! A LOT!!! So, at very least, try to book 4th floor (top floor) where you won't get ceiling noise.

My friends and I stayed at this location for 4 days to enjoy the sights and the town. The hotel was close to the things that added to our comfort. The staff was accommodating, professional, and courteous. They were short-staffed but worked diligently to accommodate our needs. Our rooms were immaculate, well kept, and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but filling. The grounds were neat and clean. Overall, I want to personally thank housekeeping and the front desk staff for going over and above their required duties to accommodate our needs during our stay. I will stay here again on my next visit!

Really great place to stay!! Hotel are really clean!! Room attendant are very nice and will help you with anything as well as the front desk!! They make you feel really welcome! I have stay with them for 2 months an they have made me feel like I am at home! The free breakfast is really good an the WiFi be amazing!!!
