there was a huge misunderstanding on the ads for a family room we got. when we get to the hotel, we were advised that we cannot accommodate us due to number of max people. I talked to the manager, they said to wait and can accommodate our request and we were supposed to be given another room for free. they had us waited for 4hrs as they were about to clean the room. I have small kids, and we came from 8hr flight. When i approached back after long hours of waiting, they changed their statement. They have changed their mind. They cannot accommodate us. They asked us to pay for another room or they will cancel our booking! What a disaster!
Their hotel staffs are not considerate with our situation! They ruined our trip or itinerary for having us wait for long hours and ended up asked us to pay, or else they will kick us out.
their hotel do not have generator when the power got off. And in the morning, at 6am, the emergency alarm rung and didnt even advised what was going on neither apologize!
When we went to the room, there was a lady bug on the bed. it wasnt really a good experience. Will never come back!
