Likely the only hotel in Ripoll, but it was excellent. The owners/managers were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Minimal English. Hotel is squeaky clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Room tip: get a room on the opposite side of the road. The hotel is next to the police station; the police were giving their briefing at 0630 outside our windoe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff before and after we arrived. The hotel is clean. The JR suite had a nice bed and beautiful bathroom. The hotel is stylish. Perfect location near to the city center and few minutes walks from the train station. We can recommend the hotel

Attractive & modern room, albeit small. We had a lovely view overlooking the town. Nice lighting and electric outlets on each side of the bed. The window has automatic shade controls. The hotel is close to the river and town center. The only negative was that the room & hallways had a slight odor like mildew. We opened a window which greatly helped. The breakfast was very good. Very helpful staff. Marce’ checked us in & served us breakfast. James was very helpful recommending places for us to see & stay on the rest of our journey! They made us feel quite welcome.

Camera piccolissima e molto, molto fredda. Tenuto acceso il riscaldamento per ore ma niente. Pavimento ghiacciato è davvero freddo. Lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno dato una stufa elettrica. Odore di umidità pazzesco. Ho messo un profumatore per ambienti al fianco del mio cuscino ma con scarsi risultati. Colazione poverissima. 3 salumi, niente di dolce se non uno, uno di numero, croissant. Conto altissimo per il servizio disastroso offerto. Unica nota positiva la ragazza alla reception con gli occhiali. Davvero molto brava, e non è la titolare ma una dipendente. Edit. Non ci avete assolutamente offerto dopo le lamentele di cambiare camera, ma ci avete dato una stufa elettrica. Ci avete chiesto appena arrivati di cambiare stanza con un più costosa perche c’era il letto a castello. Il letto a castello per noi andava benissimo, perché avrei dovuto cambiare camera? Dovevate offrirci DOPO le lamentele un’altra camera. Colazione. Non ho parlato di prodotti industriali o altro. C’erano 4 fette di salume e niente di dolce. In in boutique hotel ci devono essere torte fatte in casa(o pasticceria della zona), biscotti, pasticcini. Invece non c’era nulla di tutto questo. Quindi non girate il discorso dicendo che erano cose buone e genuine perche era povera come poche altre volte ho visto. Ah dimenticavo, noi e altri due signori siamo rimasti fuori dall’hotel alle 09:20. Tutte e due le nostre carte non funzionavano. Avevate detto il giorno prima di aprire alle 9:00. E potrei dirne altre ma mi fermo qui. Dopo la risposta abbassato a una stella

Un hotel perfecto. El personal un diez, muy amables. Llegamos tarde y nos atendieron perfectamente. Muy cerca del centro y la habitacion muy nueva y limpia, volveremos seguro. Nos hicieron descuento por correr el Rally la Llana en ripoll.
