Extremely bad organization, quality and service. The beach was overpacked, nobody looks over if the people are even from the hotel. The food was bad, the rooms were hardly considered clean. And to top it off the WiFi was horrible. The hotel did not meet any of the expectations it is supposed to offer. Walls were peeling, no charging sockets that are functional near the bed, towels were changed 1 time in 4 nights and the sheets not a single time. The air conditioning was also a total disaster, only creating noise and no coldness. A total discrimination towards any other nationalities, excluding Romanians (very ironic considering this is Bulgaria) and the staff hardly knows Bulgarian. I do not recommend. It is sad to see one of the best touristic cities (Golden Sands) in such a horrible state.

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, right next on the beautiful beach with own sunbeds, tennis court, bowling and good restaurant. Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool. The manager lady was there all day long, also ready to help if needed, always with a smile. Food was good quality for all inclusive hotel, fresh juice and espresso coffee on breakfast, salads, meats, fresh pizza during lunch and dinner. In overall great choice for your summer holiday in Bulgaria.

First of all, im not a guy who would need high quality service but this bizzare hotel is leading by such an amateurs or they just dont care very well. I dont mind that rooms are small and you feel like 25 years ago but bathroom is not clean. Food is pretty same and fries, eggs basicly everything is cold even if you come earlier than the restaurant is open. Today i found a clean cup for coffe on the 8th attempt. Sunbed and sun umbrealla cost 30 lv, so far the most expensive where i ve seen at the beach, normaly is for guests of hotel beach for free and for the other ones 27lv. Very funny is also beach bar, its hard to find bcs you wouldnt expect for all beach of the hotel little cottage in desolite state (pic) with seating for like 12 people. The guy behind bar is lazy to clean any table fast enough, he is looking like when he's waitting for dead. This hotel is pure tourist trap, i wish i would read comment like this before i came. If you read good reviews it has to be from people who dont care about basic standards of living. Also i saw the owner or higher manager and the piece of puzzle was complete. Every other hotel next to this one looks so much better, felt like i was one week in Adams family. + things are: tall portier guy with glasses is very friendly, ladies at reception also. So do whatever you think is right i just try to do the right thing and tell you the true.

We were together with another family, a total of 5 children, and we can say that Palm Beach had the best entertainment team. They stay and get involved in different activities with the children, dance, paint, play in the pool, sing... Grade 10 for the team. The food was not very diverse, but it was tasty and the juices from the machine in the picture are absolutely insane (you can find it open only for breakfast). It has a private beach with beach bar, tennis court, bowling (you get one free game/stay). The location is very good, being in the first row.

We went with our children. The dancing and entertainment were fun and the staff there were friendly. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were also friendly. The staff were all good with children, which was really valuable for us. We enjoyed the beach with the hotel's umbrellas and sun chairs, the pool, the dancing, and had a good time bowling (although we weren't given the free single game, since that is apparently only if you stay for 7 days or more - which we learned when we went to get our tickets). The food was good, though mostly consistent each day. The hotel is on a ***** with lots of shops and other activities.

Thank you for wonderful atmosphere. Hotel team made all possible to make my time comfortable and relaxed. I will advice everyone to choose this hotel for their vacations in Bulgaria beaches See you next year
