Absolute Satisfaction – Grifid Vistamar Hotel, CONCEPTplus Rooms This was our second stay at Grifid Vistamar, and once again, we were absolutely delighted. Everything was perfect – clean, well-maintained rooms, and top-notch service throughout the entire hotel. Staying in a CONCEPTplus room is definitely worth it. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the CONCEPTplus program adds a range of exclusive benefits that make the stay truly special. One of the absolute highlights for us was the SKY restaurant on the rooftop terrace – simply amazing! The combination of a stunning view, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional à la carte dining made every meal unforgettable. Breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant were also excellent – a wide variety of dishes, so everyone can easily find something to their taste. Another big plus is the adults-only beach area, available thanks to the CONCEPTplus program. It was quiet, clean, and the beach bar staff were exemplary – already by the second day, they remembered our usual drinks, which we really appreciated. A special thanks goes to Mr. Edy, the beach attendant for the adults-only area. He was always helpful, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. He truly deserves praise! In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel, especially if you choose the CONCEPTplus rooms. We’re already planning our third visit next year. It was really one of the best experiences you can have in all-inclusive hotels. Usually in these kinds of facilities you can get bored after a couple of days but due to the number of activities available, everyday felt different. A la carte restaurants each evening, multiple swimming pools, beach bars and food everywhere available and especially a great animation program. Big shout to the animation team Matteo, Johan, Soriane, Lili and Semba ! You made you holiday so pleasant and hope to see you soon.

We have had an amazing holiday in grifid vistamar. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious, the fish have been a Little bit overcooked lately though, but not a big deal. A great shoutout to the animation team which makes a very good job and are on spot from morning to late in the evening. Thank you to semba, johan, soriane, Lili and matteo. We will come back for sure !!

The food is good. Room service is nice. However, the staff serving in lobby bar is quite rude, making fun or refusing to make drinks, which at the start they were making. Other client next to me was mad for not being served at all. Feels a bit unprofessional, especially in lobby bar. Also, saw cockroach inside which was also not pleasant.

Very satisfied from the hotel: the accommodation as well! Our family suit was with modern furniture, practically and cute! The beds very comfortable in the parents room, this fir the children suitable for them but perhaps for bigger and higher as them could be a little bit small. The food are very delicious and for every taste. And especially to recommend the animation, the daughters really enjoyed it. They organised different games, shows for them and spend of a lot time and emotions with them! Special thanks to Lili from the animation team, who was always smiling and friendly to them and us! We would gladly visit the hotel again!
