The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. There is 1 camera (front door) on the property solely to keep track of our cleaners :) Garage is not available to guests! The pool is not heated, however it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June to September. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
