Wow! We had a wonderful stay at Strath Lodge. Everything was so well appointed and Dawn was an excellent and very responsive host. Breakfasts were delicious and very accommodating to your preferences. We stayed in the upstairs room with a wonderful view. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 nights in April. The rooms are immaculately clean and well appointed. The place is quiet and comfortable in a country setting. The shower and beds are good. The breakfast is high quality and very good. (Try the porridge, it's the best in Glen Coe. ;)). There is a path with beautiful views along the lane that you can walk to a pub and restaurants. I've included a picture and the flowers all around were just blooming and part of the path along the brook.

We had a wonderful stay at Strath Lodge. The location was fabulous: we loved how centrally located it was, while also feeling tucked away and secluded. Our room and sitting area were lovely, and the views were beautiful. The whole house was so clean and tidy, which really added to our experience. Dawn was a wonderful host. She gave us great hiking recommendations, and we loved talking with her each day. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible. Overall we had a great experience; we will absolutely come back if we ever visit Glencoe again, and we will recommend Strath Lodge to anyone we know who is planning a trip to Glencoe. Thank you!!

Exceeded all expectations. A very warm welcome from Dawn, extremely comfortable room and superb breakfast. Spotlessly clean and excellent advice on things yo do in the area. Restaurants recommended were good. Would certainly return again. I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for exceptionally clean, excellent service and location, comfortable bed, yummy home made breakfast and great hiking, look no more. Dawn and Laurence really have an eye for detail and you will feel at home here. The rooms are so clean everywhere you look , the linens are crispy and soft , the bed super comfy , our room downstairs was big and we had a second room for ourself with recliners and a tv. The breakfast was home made and delicious and dawn gave us every day suggestions of activities and did not disappoint. We stayed four nights and we wished we had stayed longer. It was one of the best places we had stayed ever , specially because the attention to detail. Better than most of some well known hotels brands we used to frequent and many five starts hotels we had stayed in the past. So thanks Dawn and Laurence for doing such a good job for your guests. Stath Lodge is ideally located in the heart of Glencoe and just a short walk to the village. The Bidean room is the perfect size with premium bedding and a powerful shower for a couple who want privacy, space, comfort, coziness and luxury, with spectacular mountain scenery outside the windows. Dawn and Lawrence took care of everything for us effortlessly, because they are so good in their job. You feel safe in their care. Dawn does a great job with the rooms and her guests, and is so understanding, obliging and kind. She was also very helpful with recommendations and directions. She is the kind of host who shows genuine interest in her guests and really wants you to have a good time. Lawrence is behind the scene doing all that he does best, including whipping up a scrumptious breakfast. All food is beautifully served and plated in high-quality kitchenware. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended!
