Please pack your own pool towels to use, if you plan to utilize the pool! Across the street is Story Land , Living Shores Aquarium and 5 miles from Conway Village and Settlers Green outlets. This condo is perfect for the active family. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the valley! GOLF- $10/per person per day- unlimited rounds. No reservation required for tee time. $15 for up to an 18-Hole Round; Push carts are $5 for up to an 18-hole round. Rates subject to change. There is a new swing set (2021) next to the clubhouse, in-ground swimming pool, and tennis courts. The clubhouse is opened seasonally for food and beverages.
