Walk down to the river for breathtaking views. You will not be able to walk directly into the river from the bottom of the stairs. It is just for getting a better view of the river. ★ Indoor Living ★ Comfortable living room with a fireplace, upstairs reading and lounging loft, game room in the basement, and a movie theater room for entertainment. All Tvs are smart TVs equipped for you to bring your own password for your own streaming services. ★ Kitchen ★ Fully-equipped with a refrigerator, range, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils to prepare your favorite meals. ★ Community Amenities ★ The Coosawattee River Resort offers multiple amenities including indoor and outdoor pools; a fitness center; an arcade/game room; a stocked fishing pond; tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts; and an 18 hole miniature golf course! All resort amenities are available to guests and are included with your reservation. We are a pet friendly property and all two dogs under 80lbs for a $100 non refundable pet fee.
